Hillary Clinton's Valentine's Day Treat For Reporters: Chocolates And Phone Calls To Their Lonely Girlfriends

Hillary Clinton handed out chocolates today on her plane as a Valentine's Day present for the reporters. As a special bonus, she even called the lonely Valentines of those very reporters who were stuck covering her campaign instead of celebrating the holiday with their loved ones.

Check the official Senate vote site. You will find that neither Obama nor Clinton voted on the FISA bill--but all we ever hear is that Clinton didn't vote. What's with that?

I know why she did not vote on it, even though at the time she was begging people to TRUST her.

For those of you unfamiliar with the FISA bill and why it was so very important to this nation, our civil liberties and holding the tyrannical Bush accountabl­e for criminal misconduct­-get yourself EDUCATED.

As majority whip, Durbin knew how the Dems were going to vote. That is part of the job of the Majority Whip. You follow so far? Good!

Durbin knew the FISA amendment proposed by Dodd would fail. Durbin also knew the FISA bill with immunity would pass. Afterall, Durbin knew how his Dem colleagues would vote. You follow so far? Good!

Clinton's people called Durbin's people to see if she needed to be on the Senate floor for a close vote. Durbin told her the vote was not even close, so it was okay to stay on the campaign trail. This is a common practice in the Senate, and it is the job of the Majority Whip to get the Senators on the floor to vote.

Btw, I voted for Kucinich in the primary, and I will vote for eother Hillary or Barak, depending upon who gains the Dem nomination­.

If you don't like what Hillary did, then get over it real soon, because the Repigs in Congress are guilty of much worse... even so far as having broken his or her oath of office.

But only Clinton is getting raked over the coals for that. I'm sure if it were going to be close, both would have been there to vote.

Unless hillary is out in the fields picking produce with the migrant workers, in the warehouses cleaning and packaging produce, slaughteri­ng cows and butchering them, baking bread, driv ing the trucks to transport said food, buying it for me, and then driving it to my home and putting it in the fridge, hell then cooking it and putting it on my table.....­..........­she sure as hell isn't putting food on my table eaither.
