Nicole Kidman Outed As Valerie Plame

Nearly a year after Warner Brothers announced their intention to make a biopic of outed CIA agent Valerie Plame, the identity of the actress who will play her has finally been leaked to the media - and you can only find it on MTV News.

"Nicole Kidman," director Doug Liman revealed. "She's perfect if you've ever met Valerie. Nicole was supposed to play Jane Smith in 'Mr. and Mrs. Smith.' We owe a movie together! That's an unrequited thing between me and an actor where I fell in love with them for a role and never get to consummate it."

No word when filming would begin as Kidman is pregnant.

Terrible, terrible choice. Charlize Theron or Scarlett Johanson I can see. But definitely not Kidman.

Kidman is infamous for being an 'ice-princess' on camera, no matter what the role calls for. The temp drops in the theater when she's onscreen. What little I've seen and heard of Plame in the media she's apparently a quite warm, human sort of person. Unfortunately most of the 'warm human' actresses fit for the part aren't seen as 'BIG NAME' enough. Not that Kidman's a prize, she's pretty much box office poison for ticket sales. I'd say dump Kidman and give Kate Winslet the part.

Well, shee-yut. maybe this administration should have just done like Tony Blair's, and murdered her- you know, like the British scientist found dead in the park. You know, suicide. Yeah, that's the ticket- no suicide note, and oh yeah, he was walking his dog. Happens all the time. just go on about your business. Yes, it would be convenient for her to go away. This administration doesn't like to acknowledge its mistakes or illegalities.
