She says in her ad that her plan will cover 'all Americans.­' In Clinton speak, illegals aren't illegal but they aren't Americans? When FISA was first written in '78, ATT insisted that there be a provision that that they should not give the govt any taps unless the AG gives them a letter saying that the taps are legal.

That is a major concern: The moment the American people are legally garnished to pay for insurance, i.e. they don't have a choice, Hillary's mega millions from the pharma and medical groups will pay off...and they can keep on spiraling up the prics.

Obama objects to forcing people to buy insurance, he wants to keep working on ways to control costs and keep it volunteer.­..hoping that if it is made cost effective, most Americans will opt to purchase it.

There is nothing universal about mandated health care. We have mandated insurance for autos in my state, yet there are still uninsured drivers on the road.

You tell me oh purveyor of truth; why should someone who has enough money to pay medical bills, always pays his bills, be forced by the federal government to buy health insurance from a private insurance company?

Honestly, how will the Clintoni be able to get the needed money to pay for forced insurance into the budget year after year after year in order to keep it from becoming an unfunded mandate, just like "No Child Left Behind"?

This is the biggest problem with mandates; you have to pay for those who can't afford it. But the mechanism for budgeting the funds has to go through Congress every single year.

Tell me how this is going to work. Will the Clintoni actually garnish the wages of Americans if they can't afford the forced insurance?

The Clintoni are pushing something alright; they should try eating more roughage.

I can't wait until they debate Obama again. They've got feet of clay yet they think their on solid ground.

The other is the moratorium on foreclosures. Do they realize that will force everyone else's interest rates to go way up? Obama's plan will provide people with the funds they need to get restructured and work with the lenders. These banks don't want to foreclose. First, they'll take her to court if they aren't able to execute a lawful contract and in the end they will win. Second, what kind of chill does a moratorium send through the credit industry? You think they don't want to lend money now, wait until they have no legal recourse to force collection.

Obama's people know these weaknesses in the Clintons' narrative and are gearing up to unload.
Remember, take a perceived strength and make it a weakness.
I can't believe ANYONE thinks the Clintons greatest strength is their economic policies.

If this were 1908, universal health is simple and straight forward. In 2008 it takes a lot more effort over and above the lobbyist. The company presidents won't suffer from universal care, their stockholders and employees will. But that number will be less than 40 million, but still high enough to give the stock market a good jolt. In a country this size, going to a universal payer will have problems for years. Look at medicare and medicaid.

Universal Health Care is a great Idea. Hillary has not said how she will cover the cost except by garnishing wages of those who do not pay. How will she enforce the payment from people that do NOT have the money? I have an idea Hillary and Bubba Bill could donate the money the money they get from Dubai and the money from Saudi along their other foreign country income. Now all we have to do is get them to show the tax retruns so we can figure out how much they WILL donate.
