Lindsay Lohan Nude: Starlet Recreates Marilyn Monroe Photospread

In 1962, photographer Bert Stern shot a series of photos of Marilyn Monroe at the Hotel Bel-Air that have collectively come to be known as "The Last Sitting." The photographs are arguably the most famous images ever captured of America's most famous actress. Six weeks after she had posed, Monroe was found dead of an apparent barbiturate overdose.

Lindsay Lohan recreated that photoshoot with NY Magazine, down to the lighting. Her whole photospread with Stern is in the new fashion issue of the weekly, and can be found online here. There is more nudity and may not be safe for work.

There is Nothing Wrong with Lindsay Lohan including her desire to pay tribute to Marilyn Monroe. I was never a Big Marilyn Monroe fan but I never hated her either.

I think that these Photos could be better, but as I understand what she was trying to accomplish was an reactment of the poses that Marilyn had done, and I would say that she pulled that part of it off, and did it very well.

NOW what I would like Lindsay Lohan do, is a TRIBUTE to HERSELF!!!

Not only that, I would love to see her as a Brunette or even a Red Head, and not necessarily totally Nude, as an alluring aticipation is More Sexy than an Outright Display.

I Don't care what the Haters have to say here, Lindsay is a Beautiful Young Woman with a Great Deal of Acting Talent and once she realizes that she Doesn't need to live up to the Expectations of Non-Entities, her negative habits will fall away, as she Blossoms into the Hottest Actress of all Time!!!

I find I keep coming back to look at these unsexy photos. She doesnt look like Marilyn, different body style, different coloring, not very similar face. this seems to be an invitation to be insulting and belittling. different women have different styles of beauty and it is a little sick to be comparing them in the way the posters are. she is a young woman whose beauty allows her to be a starlet. yet most seem to want to find fault. I think mainly because they disapprove of her for other reasons.

I'd take Marilyn's face but prefer Lindsey's body. Marilyn is just so far ahead of Lindsey at posing for the camera. But then again, that's why she's Marilyn.

Lohan is a beautiful woman, no doubt. Even with the fake tanning, too many cigs and vodka in water bottles, she's lovely. I'm sure not for long however. But she can't hold a candle to Marilyn. Nice try, but NO. Also, I have to say, LL isn't that great of an actress. She's okay, but she ain't no Streep, no Monroe for that matter.

Bert Stern was a manipulative scumbag who got Monroe shit-faced and hassled her for hours to get naked, which she didn;t really want to do. She never had since her early calendar shoot. She was a major movie queen, not some ten-cent stripper who needed a gig. But that's what Stern saw and wanted. That's what made Stern's reputation, sad depressing photos of a doomed star, tangled up with a President and the Mob, on her way out of this world. Sick man....
