Senator Clinton is turning to well-heeled members of the Jewish community, as well as various immigrant groups, to close her financial gap with Senator Obama's prolific and unflagging fund-raising operation.

President Clinton quietly swept through Los Angeles yesterday for a $2,300-a-ticket morning fund-raiser that prominent Jewish philanthropists organized to benefit Mrs. Clinton's presidential bid. Mr. Clinton's Southern California visit came after stops in the San Francisco area on Monday, where the former president sought money from Asian Americans and Americans of Indian descent.

So some rich Jews paid $2,300 each to your campaign. They are intelligent people and I doubt they gave you that money for no good reason. But did you tell them anything you haven't told the rest of us -- like why you voted for the war against Iraq, and why you voted for Kyl-Lieberman. Is there anything you can say publicly about that?

And there is another thing to observe here. (I see that you are high on ethnic appeals.) I also like the beautiful Spanish language. When you are with the Hispanics, do you sing for them como te gustan los militares? I'm sure they would like to know. The question I have is: Do you like them

dead or alive?

If those are tough questions, try this simple one: how does your foreign policy differ in any way from George W. Bush's?

And speaking of appealing to different nationalities, are you having something for Americans soon? I have a special interest in that!

Interesting that Clinton reaches out to minorities that have a history of not always liking African Americans. Makes you wonder if that's part of why reporters aren't being allowed in.

My question for those groups is why would you want to give money to a campaign that clearly doesn't know how to spend it wisely?

err... those minorities don't dislike african americans. He reaches out to a particular faction of those minority donors who have certain... how would you say questionable financial history's themselves. Please don't try to make this into any kind of racial bias situation. The only color that matters is GREEN.. if you get my drift,

err... both the original comment and your rebuttal BOTH are valid and rooted in truth. So, please don't try to pretend that race has not been and doesn't remain a big issue in America. We try to improve but we are a collection of individuals and race matters.

When reporters are not admitted to these fundraisers one has to ask what do they not want reported?

Nothing new about Bill reaching out... He always knows where the money is

Hillary Clinton took the unusual step of renting out some of her lists. The transaction once again highlights the Clintons' connections to a businessman who now faces questions from the Securities and Exchange Commission.
