The problem with Denis Miller is his "laughter" ......is annoying! Used to enjoy him on "SNL"
But I don't think he's funny. Even feeling sorry for him.

I know he's a right-winger now, does anyone remember when he went to the dark side? Was it the sept. 11th attacks? I remember him bashing the right-wing a while back. Now he hangs with Bill O'Reilly. Ponderous.

He'd be perfect for it. Smarmy self-righteous sarcasm works there. The trouble with his political humor is he is standing up for the big guy, for the powers that be. It's counter to all previous humorists who buck authority and it just isn't funny.

I think we should be a little kinder to Dennis Miller. Here's a man who soiled his pants on 9/11 and wrapped himself around the leg of the first strong "Daddy" he could find. He's a walking testimony to fear and a metaphor for hundreds of thousands of other Americans... some of us woke up, others of us had our shows cancelled.

I actually liked Dennis Miller before he started buying right-wing KoolAid by the gallon.

I turned it off after 5 minutes of watching a smarmy Miller obviously reading cue cards on this piece of crap show.
I remember his when his rapier wit and commentary was nothing short of brilliant. I don't know when he had his lobotomy, but he's lost it totally. And if that's not bad enough, he's a freaking conservative republican.

i am soo glad that denny has finally found a job he's qualified for!
