Does This Make George H.W. Bush Unpatriotic?

The Conservative blogosphere says that Barack Obama isn't patriotic enough to be President because he was photographed without his hand over his heart during the National Anthem.

that "hand over your heart" thing during colors are reserved for military members. Even standing at attention (which President Bush) appears to be doing is acceptable. He is Commander and Chief. In uniform you stand at attention.
