Huckamee is a religious fanatic under the disguise of christianity. With the CFR as his advisor, he will work to bring the world under one world government or New World Order. He will force religion into our laws. It's ironic that the constitution he wishes to change, is the very document that protected christians from the persecution they were receiving from the Mother Church in Europe. It allows everyone to believe and practice without government help or persecution. That has made christianity flourish like never before in history. Only an idiot would wish to screw that up. Successful in vitro fertilization entails the use of several eggs which are fertilized in a petri dish. The most viable one is selected for implantation, the remainder are frozen and ultimately discarded. Only by harvesting (and fertilizing) multiple eggs is there a realistic chance that the process will yield a viable offspring.
This law would make murderers out of the doctors who perform in vitro fertilization.

A few questions - What size picture of the fertilized will be needed for it's passport?

If the pregancy sickens and kills my wife (as almost happened with our second child)and the fetus is saved, what sort of prison sentence would it face? Pre-Natal Hall??

For a guy who claims human laws are just ways to workaround God's laws, you'd think he'd recognize that this vaguely and poorly worded legislation opens the door to child labor, middle schoolers of drinking age, driver's licenses at 6, and, oh yeah, legalized pedophilia. HUMAN life can only begin at that point where the Soul occupies the body. The following arguments can be made as to the point that the human Soul first occupies the body.

Some will ague that the point where human life begins is even before conception where decisions have been made by the Soul to choose parents to form the physical manifestation of that Soul in accordance with the laws of Karma.

Others argue that human life only begins at the moment of "quickening" (when blood begins to flow through the heart) or at the point where fetal life is safely viable in the womb without medical intervention [Scriptural guidance] "For the life of the flesh is in the blood; [not at conception] and I have given it to you for making atonement for your lives on the altar; for, as life, it is the blood that makes atonement...For the life of every creature—its blood is its life. (Leviticus 17: 11,14) "...however, [re the original position of the Catholic Church] it was believed that ensoulment occurred at the time of "quickening," around the fifth month of pregnancy when fetal movements first are easily detectable. Abortion was a serious sin only after quickening."

Still others argue that human life only begins at birth, and finally,

But there is nobody who KNOWS when the Soul actually occupies the body, and thus, when HUMAN life actually begins. Then, in that knowledge vacuum, nobody has a right or duty to judge others or try to hold them accountable when they have a different concept and belief about when HUMAN life actually begins.
