The just lost a 9 million dollar law suit for canceling a policy of a sick lady four or five years ago. why hasn't she signed the pledge to restore civil liberties that have been put through the shredder by the bush administration? i'd say civil liberties are pretty central to the constitution.

This is funny coming from Hillary Clinton, the candidate who gets major donations from insurance companies. You don't have to be a constitutional lawyer to see there's nothing unconstitutional about discriminating against people who are sick. It may not be fair, but it's not against the constitution. Further proof that Hillary will say anything to get a vote.

Not having insurance for those who cannot afford it does go against the idea of "promote the general welfare" stated in the Preamble to the Constitution. More than that it makes no sense.

I'm all for people getting affordable health care, but what they are doing is not remotely unconstitutional.
