This is not ironclad, but I have trouble with a man who would want his wife to have her breasts enlarged. Maybe the wife wants it and the husband doesn't but he can't change her mind. With the huge problems facing America today, (we are now in a recession) and Senator Arlen Specter (R-PA) can find time out of his busy day (fundraising and voting for the Bush Iraq War) to investigate this! Congress is just a bunch of pathetic people along with the current president and vice president. This country is literally falling apart (the infrastructure) with no money to fix it, an illegal war going on in Iraq, millions of people losing their homes, jobs and health insurance etc and these bozo's waste our money on this?
