John McCain 'Accidentally' Calls Himself A "Liberal Republican"

At a town hall meeting in Richardson, Texas, Thursday afternoon, Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., made a gaffe that will surely provide myriad conservative radio talk show hosts confirmation of their views, by accidentally calling himself a liberal.

"I will conduct a respectful debate," McCain told the crowd at Texas Instruments, per ABC News' Bret Hovell. "Now, it will be spirited because there are stark differences. I am a proud conservative, liberal Republica--- conservative Republican," he said, catching himself. "Hello?" he said as the crowd laughed. "Easy there."

Just throwing this red meat out there but yesterday when Hillary was asked about the VP slot and said we will do whatever it takes to win in November I wonder if she was saying she would seriously consider the position.I know some Obama people especially here for some unknow reason hate on Hillary but think aboutit.It would be a dream ticket and the two combined money raising operations they ahve would burry the neo-cons it would be like they were printing their own cash.And i say this because,in Feb Hillary raised 35 million I know Obama raised 50 milllion,but 35 million is alot of cash to raise for someone who lost big time 11 times in a row.To me that says Hillary supporters want her in the action and wont be swayed easily to Obama camp he needs the 9 million who voted for her and the people who will continue to vote for her in the March 4th primaryies and the primaries that would follow.I support Obama and saw the writing on the wall so I switched to his camp and registered as a supporter and gave him my donation.B­ut I have great respect for Hillary she is a fierce competitive politician,and the VP slot is historicly known as the person who is the attcak dog who better than Hillary she can rally throw some punches.Ob­ama can be the high road,inspirational president to be candidate and Hillary could be the one who threw the left and right hooks and gave the crowds and dems the red meat they want to keep us reved up and excited about trouncing the republicans in November..­..........­..........­.Just a thought!!!!!

Honestly, if HRC got the presidential nom, she would all but HAVE to choose Barack as VP... However, if Barack gets the nom, he would be best suited to choose a woman other than HRC as VP... a woman, so that way he doesn't tick off the women voting for HRC (mainly because she is a woman...se­e the View panel)...b­ut not HRC herself as she has WAY to many negatives she would bring to the table
