According to the Hollywood Reporter, Lou Dobbs will be joining the talk radio business starting Monday:
Dobbs' show, produced by United Stations Radio Networks, will debut Monday. Dubbed "The Lou Dobbs Show," the three-hour program will air live via satellite at noon PT weekdays on CRN-4.
Dobbs, anchor and managing editor of CNN's "Lou Dobbs Tonight," plans to examine issues from the point of view of an independent pluralist.
The New York Observer reported the news of Dobbs' leap to radio in December. THR reports that Dobbs has never hosted a radio show before, but if he gets anything similar to Glenn Beck's whopper $50 million radio contract, it's easy to understand why he's entering the medium now.
