It's weird. And, nope, no Clinton campaign endorsement. Watch this story. Something is going to happen next on this one.

Yeah right, like Nicholson can't get attention. He can't even walk down the street without a crowd forming around him.

This had to sound good on paper but .... endorsements from psycho, power-mad killer characters?

I'll trust that the Obama campaign is smart enough not to respond with a Jack clip from 'Witches of Eastwick' ...

"Do you think God knew what He was doing when He created woman? Huh? No shit. I really wanna know. Or do you think it was another one of His minor mistakes like tidal waves, earthquakes, FLOODS? You think women are like that? S'matter? You don't think God makes mistakes? Of course He does. We ALL make mistakes. Of course, when WE make mistakes they call it evil. When GOD makes mistakes, they call it... nature. So whaddya think? Women... a mistake... or DID HE DO IT TO US ON PURPOSE?"

I love that HuffPo failed to mention that the ad has yet to be regarded by the Clinton campaign as an official campaign video, and that the video is in no way affiliated with her official YouTube channel. If you check the direct link to the video, it belongs to user FFABT (Foundation for a Better Tomorrow), who only joined YouTube (presumably only to upload the video) on February 29.

I really don't think that "The Hillary Clinton Campaign released..." this.

It's a hit piece, and the Shillarys haven't figured it out yet! ROTFLMFAO!!!!

If it IS true that "The Hillary Clinton Campaign" had anything to do with this, wow are they ever stupid! They don't get that they're being mocked, even as they blindly astroturf out their support for anything labelled pro-hillary?

It's like an uproarious practical joke!

I hope Jon Stewart shows her this on-air...along with the lines that follow.

Along with commentary on what Jack's actually implying here.

Priceless!

As such, whatever it is we should ignore it.

"You cant handle the truth"

to all of those who doubt he can lead. I want him on that wall making a judgement ,

How about this for POOR JUDGEMENT, Obama wanted to buy a House he couldn't afford so he sought the help of Tony Rezko, under investigation by the FEDS, to help him. Rezko was Obama's biggest booster and fundraiser for 17 years and he is IN JAIL, FEDERAL POLITICAL CORRUPTION TRIAL starts on Monday. Another POOR JUDGEMENT, Belonging to a Church that Honors Louis Farrakhan as a Great Man and then having friends and supporters like Bernadine Dohrn and William Ayers, two of the WEATHERMEN TERRORISTS that would bomb Gov't building in the 70's like the PENTAGON and NYC Police Headquarters. He has POOR JUDGEMENT, America will not elect this man.

I thought it was an Attack ad !! Aren't the characters that Nicholson decided to use in the ad the very same people that a sane political campaign WOULDN'T want to endorse them and would go out of their way to distance themselves from ??? Being supported by characters like the Joker and Jack Torrance gives me the same fright that the real villains Coulter and Limbaugh gave me when they said they would support Hillary !! One last thing , didn't Nicholson realize that in "Batman" Comm. Gordon the savvy politician that he is, NEVER asks the Joker to endorse him when running for office ???

Sorry to say . . . this comes off more as a tribute and (self) testament to Jack, by Jack . . . than in saying anything formative about Hillary.

Hillary campaign and Hillary did not release this ad. The Huffington Post has misled all of us here by stating so. There is no "HRC approving this ad" only Jack. Watch carefully in the next few days for more misleading ads. For whatever reason this ad was released, it will backfire, whether to help Hillary be more of a victim, or to drive a wedge into the campaign claiming Jack supports Barack. I don't know, this is a JOKE. Seriously don't blog on thinking this is legit, its not. Barack Obama for President.

Get a grip, Hillary did not approve this message, listen again. This is a spoof, one of support or not, but I for one think this article in Huffington is entirely misleading.

Come on Jack - is that as good as it gets?

Time for a breath of fresh air, time for some new ideas, time for a uniter, time for America to get back to work.

Time for Barack Obama --- Yes we CAN!

What an odd ad. Why would anyone use fictional villains to speak for them? Further proof that Clinton and her team are incompetent. They're all caught in Clinton Land (aka the Twilight Zone) where they are incapable of communicating with ordinary Americans. This is sad. Although I believe Obama is the better candidate and I absolutely believe Hillary Clinton would be bad for this country, her campaign performance is painful to watch. She's making one mistake after another, with this Jack Nicholson ad as the latest. She needs to fire those clowns she calls strategists and rescue her image by conceding. How anyone could still support a candidate who runs a campaign as badly as Hillary has, I cannot understand. This is reminiscent of when George Wallace ran for president. I despised him and everything he stood for (segregation and oppression of blacks). But, when he was shot and and made permanently paralyzed, I was surprised to find myself feeling his pain. So it is with Hillary Clinton. Her campaign has been run so badly that one feels her pain and wishes she would give it up and abate that pain. Hillary, please concede now.

Geez! You actually think Hillary's people PAID for this ad? It's a spoof, a la Saturday Night Live or Comedy Central. Maybe JN paid for it because he thinks it's funny. Maybe it's a slipped preview of what we'll see tonight on SNL. But it's certainly not a paid-for-by Clinton ad.

WOW.....if her campaign put out this message they are in "EVERYBODY PANIC" mode.... All quotes taken out of context from the movie sound benign, but apart from the obvious murderers from "The Shining" and "Batman", the two quotes from Col. Jessup are, in order - Part of his justification for ordering the murder of a gay Marine, and a sexist put down to Demi Moore's character.... so WHO exactly are they targeting with this ad? Murderous racist, sexist, psychopaths??? just Wow...

is this a joke?

in the first movie he is serial killer, in the second movie he is looses his mind and starts killing people, in the third one he is a GOVERNMENT OFFICER THAT AUTHORIZES THE ILLEGAL KILLING OF A SOLDIER..... oh i get it now.

This is silly, but pretty harmless. It's pretty ironic though that she's using an actor in an ad that states, "Let's get real." That doesn't make much sense.
