My husband and I have talked about the low camera angle and full-length shot FOX uses for those "feminine" anchors like they're trying to get a panty picture or something. It's sophomoric! Why don't they just strap cameras to the camera operators shoes? You know . . . like middleschoolers.
I make a point to not watch Faux, but one day for about five minutes...GAWD, you
potty minds! I noticed much the same, thinking, "Why are these anchors all showing so much cleavage?!" It was like the cheerleaders from school were discussing the news over drinks. Does ESPN / ABC Football run Faux? Is there some cool milf bar where they tape this? Whatever. They are not alone. Morning Break? Robin Mead is smokin' hot. It's not horrible, just not so real. I remember news from Cronkite & Rather--it seemed like news to be listened to, not TMZ. Things have changed.

it seems like unless the Fox Noisecasters are reading off the teleprompter, they have little concept of what proper English is. Considering they're always going on about English being our "national language" and all, they might try actually speaking it correctly.

How amazing for Fox people to assume that what a woman wears has anything to do with femininity. Fox's problem is not how women dress,it is how trhey feel about women in General. Remember when they hired Greta they had her face "fixed", and they did a complete makeover. The company is correct. They are a crock when it comes to reporting factual news and this is just another comment that reflects their jaded opinions. The fact that they treat women so differently and make comments based on a person's gender says they are totally mucked in their treatment of women.
IF ALL THEY HAVE IS "SKIRTS" TO MAKE THEM LOOK FEMININE...THEY ARE IN BIG TROUBLE.
Oh, why doesn't Fox just say out loud...'the women are only here to be eye candy and please the men'..and be done with it. As is the constant showing of sexually provocative material over & over & over again (with the implied 'ain't it awful' subtext, but with full enjoyment, all the same).
Fox is neither honest in their treatment of women on their show, nor in their treatment of the news in general.
Oh Please don't be so "Knee" Jerk, being a Jerk is good enough. The showing of sexually provcative material in an ecessive manner is the mainstay of EVERY over the air and especially cable news channels. If you wish to be critical of FOX NEWS then do it from a reasoned position.
