27 Dresses, what?
Kate Hudson has no idea who Katherine Heigl is.
"Who is she?" Hudson, whose movie Fool's Gold opened at No. 1 its first weekend, said in UK Elle. "Oh, that girl in 27 Dresses? I just don't think about that stuff."
Heigl's flicks Knocked Up and 27 Dresses opened at No. 1 earlier this year and Grey's Anatomy is one of the top shows on television. She's won one Screen Actors Guild award and been nominated for two Golden Globes.

Don't you love it when established Hollywood finds a very blunt way to put the upstarts in their place. I think Katherine Heigl would attend a Tuna can opening if press was there, she's so desperate to travel in the elite circles.
Guess Kate Hudson has just told her, publicly , how far she still has to go.
Kate Hudson??? Other than Almost Famous, what has she done of any substance? Almost Famous sums up her life. Her fame comes from one good movie, a famous mom, and marrying a famous rock star.
Beautiful as she is I would run out to meet Katherine Heigl before Kate Hudson.

I'm confused what the point of her comments were. Is she just saying, I'm a shallow, self centered person, who has to be number one in the spotlight, or was there something else in the article that made this relevant.

Why are we supposed to care what Kate Hudson thinks? It's not like she's done anything noteworthy in years. As far as Heigl is concerned, I'm sick of seeing her everywhere I turn, whether it be magazine, tv or the internet. She's suffering from an advanced case of overexposure. Enough already!

I DON'T REALLY "KNOW" WHO HEIGL IS. I SEE HER FACE AND NAME THROWN AROUND BUT HAVE NEVER SEEN HER ACT, DON'T WATCH GRAY"S ANATOMY AND ONLY SEE HEIGL ON THE RED CARPET. I DON'T FIND HER BEAUTIFUL...VERY ATTRACTIVE BUT BORING OTHERWISE.
I haven't a clue who Katherine H is, and why should I care if Kate H doesn't either, and why is this even important enough to report on the Huffington Post?

I don't especially care about Katherine Heigl, but at least she's made something of herself on her own. Kate Hudson has done nothing but ride her mother's coat tails. She doesn't have a dram the comedic talent that her mother has.
I know Kate's dad is one of the goofiest brothers to ever live ....
