This guy totally got hosed and I believe those "Girls that went Wild" and then brought suit against him were opportunists and a bit drunk the night they had no objection to GGW taking their pics then the next day when they realized what they had done...seemingly changed their minds. Its sad, cuz, if you read into the details of the case, it does seem like he's being treated unfairly. That being said - this guy is a scumbag and he shouldn't be surprised that public support is non-existent. I'm sure he'll continue to get treated shabbily by our judicial system.

I too have read the Times story and this couldn't have happened to a nicer fella. Self hating, nosejob getting, sumbitch of a person. Fuck him and again and again and again. yeah the young girls are stupid and insecure but they don't exactly have the perfect role models. Paris, Lindsey, Nicole, Britney, etc. And yes I know they shouldn't be looking up to them in the first place but in fact majority of them do. And this is what you get when you have these young, impressional girls who can't get enough of E channel, people mag, Us weekly, perezhilton and on and on and on.

Being a man I simply don't understand why women think the only way to a man's heart is w/ using their sexuality to get that said man. It's sad that so many of them think that's the only way to winning a dude.

After reading the LA Times article, the jail where he sits sounds like the perfect place for him...until the next State that puts him in jail too.

Getting young women drunk to get them to sign releases and then "act" in his movies for nada $$ certainly doesn't sound like a gentleman, or even a half-nice guy. In this case, Karma is doing what the justice dept was lax in taking care of...seems so fitting,

He was an exploiter sure,but on the other hand he didn't have to go far to find lots and lots of eager girls who were more than willing to be exploited! Also if this guy deserves to be in prison for exploiting women by way of a video camera then what does Bill Clinton deserve for his even sleazier exploitation of women?

This is a problem with the parents and the communities this guy happened. Sure, he should have probably checked ID's and verified ages for his wild videos; so he should accept responsibility for his part in the matter. These girls knew what they were doing, drunk or not.
