NEW YORK — Kelly Rowland has gotten a little more bustylicious. Rowland, who sang "Bootylicious" with Beyonce in the group Destiny's Child, tells People magazine in its March 17 issue that she had plastic surgery last October to bring her "from an A-cup to a B-cup."

As for the one-cup upgrade, Rowland says: "I didn't want to have double Ds and be a little bitty size 2 _ that would look nuts!"

The 27-year-old singer went under the knife after a long decision-making process.

"I was sick of not fitting into my tops," she says. "There was this one really hot House of Dereon top _ I just wanted to fill that out!"

Rowland says that top _ designed by Beyonce's mom, Tina Knowles _ complements her new curves: "I put it on and I looked so good! I'm so happy. I feel complete."

Rowland, who has released two solo albums, says she hesitated to discuss the surgery.

"It is a decision I made for myself. I like it, and that's all that counts. For young people: Think about it before you just jump off and do something (you may regret later)," she says.

if feeling complete means have two fake helmets installed in your chest, honey i feel sorry for you. because next week, it will be a nose job, or bigger lips. once it starts, it's hard to stop. for all you women out there,,,,,,,,here's a news flash 'REAL MEN, LIKE REAL BOOBS'.

Sad, very sad.
It used to be that plastic surgery was used to return people to a sense of normalcy, after an accident or birth defect. Now it is de rigueur for young women in America. Are we really so far from being civilised, that we have such dumb ideas about beauty and self-worth?

Gee, when my clothes are a little too big, i alter the clothes, not myself. But i guess it's hard finding a good tailor these days.

Well, isn't that special. Now we know why they call them "BOOBS".

Women have been doing "outlandish" things in the name of beauty for centuries. What comes to mind are those National Geographic magazines showing women in Africa stretching their necks out or jamming plates into their ear lobes. Plastic surgery has its risks, but if you feel better about the way you look, instead of feeling you look dumpy day, why not change things.

I can't believe "so and so gets new boobs" is a headline.

Why would this slim, sexy, shapely, beautiful, chocolate brown sister do this to herself? WTF is this fascination with fake body parts all about?

"I feel complete with fake boobs"

yeah that says it all.

So this makes her feel complete. I wonder what's next because this kind of thinking is of itself a very slippery slope. As beautiful as she is, she felt incomplete and found completeness at the surgeon's hand. I hope her plastic-ness does not escalate. She should reference Lil Kim to see how a pretty girl becomes ghoulish-looking after developing a penchant for cosmetic surgery.

Oh, poor Kelly. You have bought into the sickness. Why American women think that having surgery to insert bags of silicone gel into their chests will make them 'complete" and "beautiful" is beyond understanding.

It's too bad. She was such a pretty woman. Now she will look puffy and cheap like the rest of them.

If that is what it takes for her to feel "complete", then she actually has a long way to go until she is "complete".
