What Star Lost Her Belly Button? She Has Admitted To A Tummy Tuck

She's 50 years old as of last week, spent years on a hit sitcom, and has four sons. She openly had a breast lift and tummy tuck, and wrote about the experience:

Her breasts, she says, were "horrifying." And her stomach was a mess. "I had a big ridge of scar tissue. My belly button was herniated. Then there was that skin that hung there. It didn't work to suck it in. It wouldn't have mattered if I had done 1,000 sit-ups. "

The tummy tuck was like having another C-section, she says. "I would recommend it to anyone."

First of all, HER BOOBS aren't even. Look at them. I gave anesthesia to perhaps four hundred boob jobs during my career, and these are far from good.

As for the tummy tuck, in most cases, the belly button is not lost. They undermine the upper abdominal tissue, pull it down, cut the excess off, and then cut a hole in the new area and sew in the old belly button.

For me, she has lost a lot more than her belly button, anyway, because she is one far right wing bat and mean as they come. I simply refused and continue to refuse to watch her in anything.

I think that women should comment on the childbirth issues and belly buttons, 'cause that's fair, but guys be careful about your comments. If you only find women who have no aging flaws, then you probably don't actually love women, you desire icons and they are usually young--probably like your teen-age daughters, or you want a fake, pumped up, botoxed babe under 40. The older women are gorgeous and Patricia Heaton..you rock!

She has openly discussed her many plastic surgeries. She says she had a breast lift, but I have no idea what that is. What IS noticeable is that her left breast is substantially larger than her right one. She has had face work done, and whatever else is involved in an "overhaul" which she openly admits to having had done after her fourth child.

I don't care what Patricia Heaton did or didn't have done. But accepting herself? I hardly think so.

In the end, the only thing i can't stand is the fact that her politics are positively repulsive. How she manages to achieve her rationalizations are beyond me, but I think the most charitable thing that can be said of the woman is that she is not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

Heaton is an advocate for plastic surgery. Botox, boob jobs, sanded neck area, tummy tuck included. She's attractive but she is far from natural and far from accepting herself with no age "flaws". Not having a belly button is a little odd considering that when they do tummy tucks, they usually reconstruct navels. Maybe it was her choice to not have one? Who cares?

older people do not have to worry about what other people think about their bodies. We are what we are at every age.She once was where you are now, and you will be where she is someday soon. If you choose to go and hide, that is your prerogative, but don't expect others to do the same just because they got older, and their bodies are not what they once were. If you form opinions about older people that are negative, you will only have a very bad image of yourself when you get older, and you will get older. My suggestion is, plan on staying secluded when you get older, because you probably will not have taken care of yourself as well as Pat has. You probably are not in as good shape as she is now.
