Late-Night TV Jokes Spitzer & Prostitution

News broke Monday afternoon of Governor Spitzer's use of a high-priced prostitution service, giving late-night hosts just enough time to scrape together material for their evening tapings. They all joked at the governor's expense, highlights of which are pieced together below. As a bonus, David Letterman did a themed Top Ten list, Spitzer's Top 10 Excuses, which you can watch below. Because in this case, corruption and sex are one and the same. Spitzer as a prosecutor, used the power of his office to prosecute men for doing the exact same thing he did.
And yes, Bush & company lied us into war, which is much worse. But the fact that other people have done worse things doesn't excuse people from doing things that are also bad.
Spitzer at one point signed off on the prosecution of a prostitution ring, while at the same time, being an active cleint of a different ring! That's misconduct. Misconduct that gets people fired. Spitzer is getting what Spitzer once gave.
