Clinton Camp To Obama: You Need To Answer These Questions

The Clinton camp has released a memo questioning Sen. Obama's capacity to be Commander-in-Chief:

Senator Obama has thus far failed to answer key questions about his qualifications to meet the Commander-in-Chief test. The following are questions that Senator Obama should address:

Will you stand by your definitive commitment to removing all combat brigades from Iraq within 16 months, or will you, as your former advisor said, not rely on "some plan" you "crafted as a presidential candidate or as a US Senator?"

Do you regret that you have never held any substantive hearings on Afghanistan or any other subject, since you became chairman of the subcommittee on European Affairs in January 2007?

Do you agree with General McPeak that you are more qualified to be commander in chief because you don't "go on television and have crying fits?" Are you prepared to remove General McPeak from your campaign for what is viewed by many as a sexist comment?

Are you still willing to meet separately, without precondition, during the first year of an Obama administration, in Washington or anywhere else, with the leaders of Iran, Syria, Venezuela, Cuba and North Korea? Are there any circumstances in which you would not conduct such meetings?

As voters evaluate you as a potential Commander-in-Chief, do you think it's legitimate for people to be concerned that you have traveled to only one NATO country, on a brief stopover trip in 2005, and have never traveled to Latin America?

Earlier in the campaign you were asked how you would respond to a terrorist attack on two cities in the United States. You talked about the need for an effective emergency response but were initially unclear about the need for a military response. What do you think that says about your readiness to be Commander-in-Chief?

You publicly broadcast your willingness to attack Pakistan unilaterally, a statement which caused unrest in that country. Recognizing that we need to combat terrorism wherever it exists, do you wish you would have made your comments in a way that didn't cause unrest?

Let's try another way to get attention: Barbara Ehrenreich wrote an article in the March 20 issue of AlterNet news. Title: "Hillary's Ties to Religious Fundamentalists". It discusses an article from the Sept. 2007 issue of the Mother Jones magazine. This article claims that Hillary is an active member of a secret extremist group devoted to "Bible Study and Prayer". It is asserted that the membership includes all the leaders of the Republican Party, and that the group both admired Hitler and offered support to its members. If true, this fact destroys any justification of Hillary becoming President. Why does the media ignore this?

Let us try another way to maybe get some attention. Barbara Ehrenreich, in an artlcle entitled: "Hillary's Ties to Religious Fundamentalists", avers that her active membership completely disqualifies her as President. I agree. The article in question was written by Kathryn Joyce and Jeff Sharlet in the Sept. 2007 issue of Mother Jones. Why has no one noticed? This fact, if true, destroys her validity as a candidate for President. It also confirms my suspicions that there is something strange about her. She is the Republicans dream. All the leaders of the party belong to this group, so they could relax if she were elected, since she would be a somewhat more rational McCain and Bush, and would never deviate significantly from the path of support for corporations and wealthy people. The fact that she is given a pass on this is tragic!

WORD from Bill Clinton's former counsel:

Craig: The point that I am making is that her claims of the nature of that experience are overstated. The fact is she did not sit in on national security meetings. She did not have a security clearance. She did not attend meetings in the situation room. She conducted no negotiations. She did not manage any part of the national security bureaucracy. She did not have her own national security staff. That's the fact. Now the experience that she did have -- watching and sometimes sitting in the room where discussions were going on and also meeting heads of state and foreign ministers -- that is good experience, and it's invaluable to understanding how the world works when it comes to international organizations as well as international negotiations.

THE REST OF THE STORY Hillary Rodham Clinton,
a s a New York State Senator, now comes under the
"Congressional Retirement and Staffing Plan," which
means that even if she never gets reelected, she
STILL receives her Congressional salary until she
dies. (Would it not be nice if all Americans were
pension eligible after only 4 years?)

If Bill outlives her, he then inherits HER salary
until HE dies. He is already getting his
Presidential salary until he dies. If Hillary
outlives Bill, she also gets HIS salary until she
dies. Guess who pays for that?
WE DO!

It's common knowledge that in order for her to
establish NY residency, they purchased a million
dollar-plus house in upscale Chappaqua, New York.
Makes sense. They are entitled to Secret Service
protection for life. Still makes sense.

Here is where it becomes interesting. Their
mortgage payments hover at around $10,000 per month.
BUT, an extra residence HAD to be built within the
acreage to house the Secret Service agents.

The Clintons charge the Federal government $10,000
monthly rent for the use of that extra residence,
which is just about equal to their mortgage payment.
This means that we, the taxpayers, are paying the
Clinton's salary, mortgage, transportation, safety
and security, as well as the salaries for their 12
man staff -- and, this is all perfectly legal!

Now, do you understand why they don't want their tax returns made public? Why they don't want the contributors for their library revealed? Why they won't allow the WH to release their papers?

WAKE UP AMERICA..................the Clintons are taking us to the cleaners.

Well, I've heard some argue that pre-conditions will just signal the extreme elements in a government or country to make sure the pre-conditions can not be met; thus rendering no negotiations.

In the past when he has argued for aggressive diplomacy he has been called naive. But there are many intellactuals, experts and officials who may in deed agree with him. But may not have the same platform that his opponents have, every night in the news. He has learned in the early campaign that he has to walk on egg shells when it come to foreign policy. It's a shame he had to go with a milder wording of "no preconditions" in one of the last debates...

So, if Obama comes up with reasonable answers to those questions, will Hillary drop out immediately and endorse him?

Wow, what a sleazy way to formulate questions!

Hillary, you said Obama was reckless for saying that, if he would act if he had actionable intelligence on a high value target inside Pakistan with or without the permission of Musharaf, does that mean that you will allow Bin Laden safe harbor in Pakistan?

Hillary, the single most important decision a commander in chief makes is when to use military force. Since you blew it the last time, what assurances do we have that you won't blow it again?

Hillary, you have claimed giving a speech in front of the Chinese assembly as one of your greatest foreign policy achievements. How does reading a speech that you didn't even write qualify you to be commander in chief?

Hillary, one of the reasons Bush has been such a disaster as commander in chief is that he didn't seem particularly interested in reading intelligence reports. You have admitted that you didn't read the NIE before voting to use force in Iraq. Does that mean that you'll be just as much of a failure as Bush?

And when the hell are you going to release your tax returns?

The Clinton's campaign is running out of ideas. McPeak a sexist? Here's what he said:
"General McPeak said the steady temperament that Mr. Obama has demonstrated during the campaign would serve him well as commander in chief."
Hillary is not only hurting the democratic party, she is undermining women causes by her selfish behavior. McPeak was outspoken against Bush's war while Hillary voted for the war.

More questions for Hillary:

Why do you call your self a Democratic, behave like a Republican, and are you in fact a member of the Lieberman Party?
Why do you hate all men except those who are in total agreement with you?
Why do you think Barack Obama would want to be your running mate?
Why do you hate women who choose to oppose you politically?
Why don't you ever talk about the tanking US economy, the war in Iraq, American energy policy, world overpopulation, world hunger, American arrogance in foreign affairs, the march to war between the US and Iran, the growing chasm in the US between the rich and everyone else. Why is everything about you being present of the US?

Poor desperate Hillary, perhaps she should answer this?

1. Why were you reluctant to show your tax returns, and why is it taking so long?.

2. Why are you hiding your WH records, and why has Bill advised the archivists NOT to release them?

3. Why is Bill not revealing exactly who the donors to his Library are.

4. Why do you keep padding your resume, only to be disputed by many?

5. Why did you endorse your republican opponent, over your fellow democrat?

6. Why have you played dirty politics, by throwing the toilet sink at Obama?

7. Is there anything you wouldn't do, to win this nomination?

Shame on you Hillary Clinton.
