Diller's "Delicate Psyche" Has Its Day In Court

Barry Diller personally took it on the chin again from Liberty Media CEO Greg Maffei in court yesterday - but it was Liberty's case that took the hardest hits.

Maffei testified for a second day that he and Liberty Chairman John Malone discussed what they perceived to be Diller's "delicate psyche."

Maffei, a former Microsoft executive, was hired as Liberty's CEO and made point person in discussions with Diller's IAC/InterActiveCorp.

Delicate psyche? Is this why this well-known homosexual won't come out of his walk-in closet? He's a disgrace to every gay man on the planet when he could have been a 24 karat role model. Barry, you are a fraud. But you know this. You obviously don't know what INTEGRITY is.

While we're admiring these guys for their pay packages, could we maybe pay attention to fixing a broken wheel in the capitalist system we all know and love? ... Repair the boardroom. Control shifted in the past 30 years, and now due diligence and oversight are out the window..

Thoughtful sentiment, James, but exactly how should we go about this Herulean task? My hypothesis would be for them to come crashing to the ground before any changes could be implemented.
