That was edited so poorly and hard to follow a whole sentence. Mish-mosh and a waste of time.
he Obama piece is a teaser for more to come. It was put together to show how ethnic people from different walks of life feel about presidential candidates, politics, amongst other things. The video piece doesn’t have any hidden agendas and the full interviews will be posted on huffington post and urbnews.tv to illustrate the full views and outlooks of the people in the the piece. We try to produce pieces that are non-bias and allow people to speak their minds. In no way did we coerce, ask leading questions or edit the video in a way that would take the interviewees words out of context. The original piece is over 8 minutes long and had to be cut down to 3 minutes. The full piece will be put up on the site once we put up all of the interviews of the people in the original piece. Be on the look out for the next piece coming very soon. Will be very interesting and compelling!
Am I dense or do I sense a "paid" political announcement masquerading as news? 'Wonder what the payment was....
"What was their point?"
None! Ignore!
what the heck? why is this even posted? not enlightening at all. im particularly bothered by the comment saying that she is bothered voting for him because he received some "white stamp of approval".
If you go to their homepage you will note that this a newly launched site and what better way to get traffic than to be controversial. Don't mistake for a minute that they represent the voice of the urban/hip hop community. Those in that community that have come out for either Obama or Clinton can articulate their stance in a more substantive manner. Its sad that they would put on this modern day "minstrel show" in order to support Clinton. Fortunately, the audience I think they are after no matter who they support will see it for what is and not give it any more relevance than it deserves.
Hi
I am one of the people on the video, the one with the short hair, rosa clemente, I am not a hillary supporter at all, just want to set the record straight, in none of my commentary do i mention her, i am a green party member....
Girlfriend, PLEASE...
"can articulate their stance in a more substantive manner"
Seriously. I heard very little substance in why any of those speaking were for or against a particular candidate. Obama's "measured words" are a negative? The 90s are remembered fondly? Jeez.

I felt rather sad for the girl who said she remembered the 90's, what a strange comment coming from such a young person and to have such a cavalier attitude about the future. I am supposedly in the group that forms Hill's supporters, a boomer going on my 9th election but it gives me nightmares thinking about doing the clinton years over again, and her nasty politics, her vote for the Iraq war, her embellished foreign policy experience and taking credit for Kennedy's SCHIP program are all red flags for me. I really want the best for young people but when they are more comfortable with the past instead of making their own future it speaks volumes about our country.
Exactly. I agree with your age comment.
And I find it odd that all of them felt the need to emphasize they voted for Hillary. I mean come on now. They're in the hip hop community. At least one of them would have voted for Obama. And the thing with them showing his mother was odd too. They didn't bring up his family at all yet every 15 seconds there's the white mother.
The language or "key words" these people used got me concerned. Particularly when the discussion is about something else somebody calls him the "Manchurian Candidate" for no good reason. And the other thing about white people voting for him. "Rubber Stamp". It's like someone sat in a room and tried to filmed a hit piece on Obama disguised as hip hoppers discussing politics. Trying to get the young vote for Hillary via subliminal message type of stuff going on here.
Anyways, I guess these are the 7 percent of black people who didn't vote for Obama. LOL
That video wasn't very illuminating.
What was their point? White people are giving Barack a chance, so I'll go with Hillary, the white candidate, instead? He's the "Manchurian candidate" -- what does that mean? He's a zombie or something, who has been brainwashed? This is very convoluted.
Fortunately for Obama, more than 90 percent of black voters in Mississippi and elsewhere have decided he's worthy of their support...
