Fox News Sunday Starts "The Obama Watch"

Chris Wallace told me last December that the Democratic candidates were "damn fools" for refusing to debate on Fox, and that Barack Obama -- unlike Hillary and, famously, Bill Clinton -- declined requests to appear on "Fox News Sunday."

This morning, Wallace launched the "Obama Watch."

Showing perfect News Corp. synergy, Obama was displayed in split screen a la "24," with the ticking time clock at 730 days, 13 hours, 53 minutes and 9 seconds. And counting.

That number dates to May 2006, when Wallace said Obama first agreed to a face-to-face interview on "Fox News Sunday."

Read more here.

Watch the video below:

Chris Wallace, the host of Fox News Sunday, started an "Obama Watch," essentially a countdown of how long it's been since he asked Obama to appear on his show.

I am sick of those two NPR stooges Mara whatsherface and Juan whatever being Fox schills. That they would have their faces above this charade of punk Wallaces shows that they are in the pocket. They should be dismissed from any other duties if they wish to continue with FUX news.

Sen. Obama was interviewed on Fox News three days ago, by Major Garrett. So much for the idea that Obama is afraid to appear on Fox. Chris Wallace's clock should have already stopped. New motto for Fox News: accurate twice per day.

Fox at its finest. God, I hope Obama doesn't cave in.

The force they attempt to react with is in proportion to the force that they fear is coming. Fox News is quite clearly afraid of Obama and his message.

All them white folk on FOX News are still on their "Obama watch" today. You know, they want you to be afraid of those scary black folk rather than their scary white preachers advocating for a holy war. Sounds like the terraists are the scary white preachers.

A weekly segment, eh? It sounds very exciting. It is sure to win loads of Emmy's.

These Fox Noise people are just SOOOOO bad at what they do.

Wasnt Obama just on Fox Noise on Friday discussing the Wright issue? So shouldn't that clock read more like, 36 hours or something and not 730 days?

Is Chris Wallace going to blame Obama for 9/11 in the interview?

Obama made some declarative statements during his interview with Major Garrett of Fox News last Friday regarding his never having personally witnessed the crude racist and anti-American comments of his Pastor. I'm sure the Clinton machine is researching Obama's statements that he was never "in the pews" to hear the statements made by his "spiritual counselor "and Pastor. If Obama is lying, his problems are compounded, and Fox as well as other media will increase the volume of "inconvenient "questions. I guess, however, he might appear on Chris Wallace's show if Chris agrees to ask no more than 8 questions. Ha!

He ought to skip Fox News. It's not just that they're biased...other news organizations are as well (see: MSNBC), but Fox takes to a different level.

It's the stupid crap they do like when first covering the Mark Foley stuff a couple of years ago -- Fox News, on the crawl on the bottom of the screen, labelled him as "Mark Foley (Dem - Florida)". Actually, he's a republican.

They did the same thing to McCain earlier in the primary season, labelling him on screen as "D-Arizona".

Legit. news organizations don't do that kind of crap.

I can"t adequately react to this gag-provoking stunt, for the Huffington Post prohibits the use of excessive foul language.

I think it has finally dawned on Faux News, that they are becoming irrelevant.People are tired of their blatant BS,character assassination, fear and hate mongering.
Just because they SAY "fair and balanced" don't make it so.

They say genius skips a generation. He's definitely not in his father's class.

I wont vote for anyone who does not appear on Fox News. Candidates who don't go on Fox like Obama, do so at their own peril. They forget that at some point the primaries will be over and the general election will begin. The new president will have to represent all Americans, not just the left.

And Fox News' rating are more than the other cable news channels combined.

You won't vote for anyone who DOES NOT appear on Fox News?
Well, Obama has, but not on Fox News Sunday. Is that what you meant? Regardless, you must be a total moron. Of course FOX has the highest ratings, that's ALL Repubs watch. I think Obama should stay away from Fox News SUNDAY, simply because Chris Wallace is too much of a Larry Craig/Mark Foley/Mary Cheney/Ken Mehlman/Matt Drudge king of "guy."

LOL! As if you'd even consider voting for him.
