John McCain is on a world tour, and after flunking Middle East Politics 101 on the Jordan leg of his trip, he's now on his way to London, where his campaign will hold a fundraising event. (For American citizens only as foreigners can't contribute.) Proper attire for the luncheon affair is "lounge wear," according to the Washington Post, which also reported that the event will be held at Spencer House on St. James's Place, "by kind permission" of Lord Rothschild and Nathaniel Rothschild.

The latter "may become the richest Rothschild of them all," according to a profile last year in the New York Times. The story said Nathaniel Rothschild was "close to becoming a billionaire through a web of private equity investments" in Eastern Europe, and that he was "a principal adviser to Oleg Deripaska, one of the richest oligarchs in Russia." Indeed, the Daily Mail has said that Rothschild's wealth had "been accrued in his role as the adviser to" Deripaska.

Where is the media in all this. Shouldb't McCain "diss-associate" himself from the fundraising events in London, seeing that Lord Rothschild is a friend of this guy whose visa was revoked???

Why is the media so soft on McCain? Answer: Because they love to thrash Democrats such as Barac and HIllary Clinton. Race politics!!!!!

Perhaps the right phone call to the right department might help this gentleman get a Visa, no?

Perhaps a contribution to the future McCain Presidential Library in Lake Havasu City will facilitate this Visa Request, No? John should ask Bill's advice on the right way to structure this transaction.

I wonder is McCain also a member of the Bohemian Grove group of the worlds richest and most powerful people? Hobknobbing with the Rothchilds and Russian oligarchs is sure a good way to prove that your a maverick from the special interests.

Ahhhhhhh - there's his INTERNATIONAL REPUBLICAN constituency....

Yes, McCain is the PRESIDENT OF THE INTERNATIONAL REPUBLICANS....

It's kinda like the Chamber of Commerce on steroids and without the lousy rubber chicken dinners...

Oh, and they like LOTSA guns and weapons, too....they like that idea of an all private 'national security force'....

Russian Oligarch is just a euphemism for Russian Mafia.

This is the moral equivalent of saying "African American businessman is just a euphemism for wildly successful narcotics trader". Nice to see the extraordinarily insightful commentary of the HuffPost community. . .
