I am a huge advocate of health and healing as well. While I admire Demi's adventurous spirit and I will say that she looks absolutely fabulous, I don't think I could ever have leeches suck my blood!

No, I think I'll stick with moisturizers, eye cream, sunscreen, healthy food and exercise.

I dont by the "cutting edge of beauty and health" crap. She's just masking her insecurities about growing old. End of the day...she looks her age and sounds desperate to hang onto her lost youth. Never sexy. She'd be a lot sexier if she just embraced her age a la the INCREDIBLY sexy Jamie Lee Curtis. Move on Demi!!! You have "value" beyond your youth and Hollywood star power. Pathetic.

I do have to say though, I wouldn't want the stress of being married to a hot guy almost young enough to be my son.
If you take care of yourself, you'll always look good for your age...but you're never, ever going to look younger than what you are. You can be a hot looking "50"...but you're still 50.
And you don't need to fly to Austria for leech therapy for any added health benefits that you can't find right here by just eating and exercising properly.
