Hillary Clinton

MSNBC:

As expected, one of the two major Democratic candidates saw a downturn in the latest NBC/WSJ poll, but it's not the candidate that you think. Hillary Clinton is sporting the lowest personal ratings of the campaign. Moreover, her 37% positive rating is the lowest the NBC/WSJ poll has recorded since March 2001, two months after she was elected to the U.S. Senate from New York.

The poll was conducted Monday and Tuesday this week by Hart-McInturff and surveyed 700 registered voters, which gives the poll a margin of error of +/- 3.7%. In addition, we oversampled African-Americans in order to get a more reliable cross-tab on many of the questions we asked in this poll regarding Sen. Barack Obama's speech on race and overall response to last week's Rev. Jeremiah Wright dustup.

" all margin of error results and nothing to get too excited over." . . . POLLS are meaningless!

Even though this Poll was "RIGGED" or mistakenly, polling a disproportionate HIGH number of African-Americans it doesn't really matter.

Haven't we learned anything since the beginning of this Primary?

Between the Pundits and the Polls, the Results did not match up, did they?

Let the people vote, and let the so-called professionals comment on the results, NOT TRY TO CREATE the OUTCOME.

They are ALL so full of their own self-importance, and seem to be WRONG more than RIGHT.

And so are delegate counts.
And the popular vote.
And pledged superdelegates
And small states.
And states with large African American populations.

Aren't you tired yet?
She's lost.

Must be a Hillary supporter. If you replace Hillary's name with Obama's, would you be saying this? NOPE!!

"A new analysis of March polling data suggests that John McCain's cross-party support surpasses that of either Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton.

According to data provided by the Gallup Organization at Politico’s request, in a hypothetical contest between McCain and Obama, McCain wins 17 percent of Democrats and those leaning Democratic, while Obama wins 10 percent of Republicans and Republican-leaners.

In a potential contest with Clinton, McCain wins 14 percent of Democrats and Democratic-leaners while Clinton wins 8 percent of Republicans and Republican-leaners."

What scares me is when this video will be seen by more and more people and then what will the numbers be? http://www.politico.com/blogs/jonathanmartin/0308/AntiObama_video_crafted_by_talk_radio_producer.html

Everybody plays a game of pretend this did not happen when we will be paying for it in November.

What scares me

Just keep being scared. That's right. When you are scared you play right into their hand.

My, my. This video should be taken as THE TRUTH?

You are so delusional if you can take that pieced together video and think that is the way things are.

Someone could do the same thing about Hillary. How do you think that would play out? Pretty nasty.

These videos should be taken for what they are - edited and non-consequential. Pure fun and fantasy. They belong in the satire section of the video store. Certainly not in the documentary section.

The poll information is interesting, but not revelatory in that none of us needed these numbers to confirm the Clinton's pattern of lying, bullying, and scandal of virtually every sort. Because they believe NONE are beyond their "reach", the Clintons have now resorted to intimidating the superdelegates with threat of their respective futures.

The damage the Clintons are doing to the Democratic Party is far worse than many believe, not that they care at all. Still, let's assume, for a moment that they did. Who can reliably poll the affect their actions have had on Younger Voters, the African-American Community, and Voters who are a part of neither of these two groups, but have become disenchanted from watching a powerful family literally attempt to circumvent the agreed-upon rules?

In the final analysis, the polls simply prove that the Clinton's "reach" exceeds their "grasp".

HILLARY IS AT A LOW of 37%--but 46% of the country--and of Democrats--in a number of polls worth
the name Poll which is a devalued name to say the least--but around 46 to 47% of us US'ns say they would vote for Hillary as late as last night news(Mar 26). Now what does that say?
The new MSNBV program RACE with D.Gregory asked precisely that several times last night--and
somebody at least is admitting that this year is an entaglement that would numb a medieval theologian
--even Acquinas said some intellectual puzzles are best left alone--and then used the Latin adage
SOLVITUR AMBULANDO--solved by walking--meaning it unravels as you just go out and DO. That has
always been the American answer--Rooseveldt used it several times--Nixon tried but he couldn't pronounce English much less Latin--and of course this guy at the helm has no philosophic questions--the fate of people who consider the brain an ornament. GORMAN J

If Hillary wants to win all she has to do is hang the sign "no more Bush policies" around her neck. Hillary's negatives aside, the majority of Americans would vote a ham sandwich into the oval office if it meant the chance of getting out from under the Bush legacy. Clinton's biggest negatives are that she hasn't distanced herself *sufficiently* from the 'Washington insider' mindset.

Man, to understand this you would have to find someone who findsno fault with Hannity for associating with a Nazi who makes open ended threats to anyone who might expose him, but faults Obama for having a pastor who preaches against wars even when they are started by an American President. That would truly be a great medieval mind. But if you can't find one of those, find a right wing racist. Might just do the trick.

Well of course she’s sinking. She voted for Bush’s disaster war. She remembers things that never happened. She has her surrogates smear an honorable opponent. She set national health care back 20 years. Her “qualifications” are that is the wife of an ex-president, and that’s about as worthwhile as being the son of one. Her emotional reactions are hard-wired to polling data. When you look at Hillary Clinton clearly, all you can see is a naked, bottomless sense of entitlement and appetite for power.

There's a big difference between voting for the war and voting for funding the troops once they are there.

Yes, facts are important.

If there were any logic at all to these polls, her approval rating should be identical to Dubya's and Cheney's, since she's really just their amanuensis.

Wow! This guy is a piece of work. If you believe half the stuff he says and I've go some land in the swamps of Florida you can buy to build your dream home. Look I have no doubt that some of his childhood memories are not accurate - some of my childhood memories are not accurate. However, I don't think you want to start comparing who has misspoken or lied the most between Hillary and Obama and McCain. Hillary and McCain have been around way longer than Obama and I'll bet my last dollar that Obama doesn't come close to the whoppers that Hillary and McCain have told over the years.

Please read the reason why senator Obama made his famous race speech. We will be paying for not paying attention to a lot of articles about him in November. To be forewarned is to be forearmed. We have to be aware of all the negative articles on him too. How else to judge if we are voting for the right person in the first place?

Well, technically you're right...there are words on that website, so it is something that may be read. But any website with Osama Bin Laden in one corner and a grinning goober redneck in the other tends to set off my credibility alarm the moment I see it.

I've seen this idiot's site before, unfortunately. I have some distant relatives in southern Kansas that apparently believe that anything they read on "the internets" is true.

I love some of the monikers on this board. "truthinamerica"? really? And Ted Bundy's username would be "notaserialkiller".

Don't count her out just yet. This lady is a fighter. Obamma hasn't been coronated just yet and anything can happen. I hope this lady goes after this with a hard fight, proving her mettle to the world. You cannot judge her based on a few innuendos. Mark my words, if we get her into office, you own't see a continuation of Bush. This lady has her own mind, her own agenda. They won't be as able t push her buttons as they assume. I am willing to give her more time, and maybe if she pulls this out, my vote, maybe.

I agree she has own agenda and that's the problem. Obama's agenda is the people's agenda. His allegiance is to the approximately 2 million Americans who have donated to his campaign and the millions more who have voted for him and not to the lobbyists and big wigs who have largely supported Hillary.

I think everybody understands that at this point the only way Clinton can get the nomination is to persuade the super-delegates to go against the majority of pledged delegates. The only way she can do that is by smearing Obama to a point that she can argue that he is unelectable.

But in pursuing that only remaining strategy to the nomination, Clinton will make herself far less electable in the general election.

Clinton is in a Catch-22.

Is there anyone out there that thinks that Hillary may well have doomed her entire political career with her campaigning? She has made so many enemies. She may owe big business big time, but if she has made that many enemies in the political arena, she will never be able to do her job effectively.

Do you think she will have a job to go back to in the State of New York?

We Americans love contention to point of making it a virtue. We love aggression, for "nice guys finish last". The extroverts, and depending on ones' perspective, the "extro-jerks", are the people we want in that "foxhole", or "foxhole"!. We like hockey, where the officials of the game will suspend action, so that two "contenders" can make a "bloody puree" out of their own faces! And when it comes to war, it's all about the "winning". It doesn't matter if all wars are indeed, (for the pseudo-Theists) antichrist, as long as we are "winning"! Remember, early on in this primary race, the pundits were implying that Obama was not fighting back enough- too nice, too soft, not giving any notice to the fact that he came out of the experience of Chicago politics, and worked in some of the toughest neighborhoods. But he has the unfortunate veneer of being too smooth and dignified! Some have even suggested that he might be the Antichrist, must be those "Omen" fans.

But contention, though a necessary construct, is merely "polarity"- the base platform for our biological existence and reality- a point of departure, not the only, or ultimate mode for our material or spiritual evolvement.. Just as stated by the character Yoda in "Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back!", "Wars [does] not make one great", and so it is with contention.

However, contention without temperance, expresses the ignorance of mutuality!

Lets face it MSNBC and Huffington Post are in the Obama camp, yet we talk about FOX news and their biased reporting. These news outlets have lost all credibility and need to hire objective reporters.

Huffington Post is a blog, not a news outlet. It is designed to air opinions more than news. I don't think they have an obligation to be neutral.

As far as MSNBC goes, it is clear that Olbert favors Obama but I don't see a clear bias to him otherwise.

What happened to my "POSTED" Messages - They're gone!!!

Here they are:
----------------------------------------------------
The Poll is BOGUS.

A disproportionate number of African-Americans were polled (very questionable) according to Craig Crawford on Morning Joe today, who, as has been proven, are overwhelmingly favoring Obama, so the Poll should be thrown out.

What I'd like to know is WHO and WHY was that done. It can only distort the results - unless, that was the intent.

I'm very suspicious here.

I want some answers!!!
