The race is over! Yeah, Hillary can run as an independent, Someone Please tell the Dumocrat party they are finished. As soon as Hillary gets a third party established, we can have the true party in the middle, no more left or right!

Hillary doesn't need to do that. She'll fit right in the Center of the Republican party.

There will be no third party. Nader nor Hillary will have enough time or money to get one started. The Democratic party will be fine. But if you want to start another party, knock yourselves out.

She has the right to continue, yes. She does not have the right to attack the party, the party nominee, blackmail the party, and spread false lies all in the effort to win.

Mike no mistake, Hillary (the spoiler) Clinton gets it.

What is the first stage of grief, Oh yeah, denial. Stick a fork into her, Hillary's done.

If she "wins" she loses. Why? Because that means that her negative, scorched-earth campaign, popluated by some of the slickest, sleaziest, foulest political operatives the U.S. has ever produced, won. This is one Dem who will sit it out if she wins the nomination. I wouldn't vote for McCain if the Repugnicans waterboarded me. But, I also will never vote for Hillary, her disppointing husband, or her precious, brittle little child.

That's ok, 28% of dems won't vote for Obama if he is the nominee, and he can't win in without us. Maybe you need to go back and look at some of the trash the Obama campaign has put out before you make up your mind. What a hate filled bunch, and his supporters, well they didn't get the memo on hope and change, unless they thought it said hate and change. Not sure, but what a nasty bunch!

So where is/are the link(s) to your screed? The only "hate filled bunch" I see is in the Clinton camp.

Your anger screams out. But through it all, wasn't that a Hillary plant that fed her that Monica question? Now that was sadly typical.

Let all voters vote and let their votes count.

Then the superdelegate vote with the voters.

Clinton wins.

Favorite    Flag as abusive Posted 02:00 PM on 03/27/2008

Do the math. Obama has to take his name off the ballot of the remaining primaries in order for Hillary to catch up. Obama is ahead in delegates, popular votes, states won and campaign fund. Hillary is like a dead fish and stinking up the house.

Favorite    Flag as abusive Posted 02:07 PM on 03/27/2008

Not my house. It's time for a woman president that we wont' have to worry about hookers and drugs. I'm from MI and if the Michigan and Florida vote was counted as it should have been Hillary would have been ahead for the last four months in popular vote and delegates. Obama has been given a free ride by the media. Wait till the republicans dig up the dirt on him. At least we know all there is to know about Hillary. As with the title from Reuters lead...how unfair.

Favorite    Flag as abusive Posted 08:44 PM on 03/27/2008

ummm...if the "superdelegate (sic) vote with the voters" then Clinton loses. I know this new math is hard but please try to keep up.

Actually, in the scenario you outline Hillary loses. Get your facts straight. She needs the superdelegates to OVERTURN the will of the voters. She even admits that, albeit not in those words.

The voters have spoken. Unless Hillary can win 70%+ margins going forward, she can't topple Obama's lead. Additionally, the negative rating on Hillary is showing she is losing support.

Better still, keep the election going indefinitely until a way is found to make her the nominee. My suggestion is to let Bill Clinton pick the nominee.

Strangely it was the whole flap over Obama's Pastor Wright that seemed to suck the oxygen out of Hillary's campaign. Seems like she is having a hard time getting any attention and has had to ratchet up the rhetoric.

It is a death-spiral for her candidacy...

After reading most of this BS I conclued the internet was a f-up idea. No matter what happens to the little man, MS. Hatchet and her henchman will ride into the dark night, howling their large behinds off.

Just desolve the party why don't cha? What Idiots.

And since when is Reuters the voice of those yet to vote? The crowning of Obama is way too premature, and should he fall, he will fall hard!

I think the only falling we are going to see is her continued drop in the polls. Obama made it through the whole media firestorm over Rev. Wright and ended up actually turning it into a positive. Hillary has been out of control since she lost in Iowa, she really hasn't recovered since then.

All Hillary Clinton has to do is appear to accomplish something akin to running the table in the remaining states. She doesn’t even have to actually run the table. And as she comes off a big win in PA, the energy and excitement generated by that victory, along with the analysis of PA that might very likely show that Obama has been hurt far more by the Wright situation than is being allowed right now in polite company, these things could combine to provide her the momentum to rack up win after surprising win.

Obama’s poll numbers drop. He can’t win elections in his own party. Superdelegates start looking at each other thinking, “Thank God for us.”

I want Hillary Clinton to stay in this because I want the Democratic party to SEE its future with a post-Pastor Wright Barack Obama as its chosen candidate. Many of you in the media want her out and probably a lot of the perennial presidential politics LOSERS in the Democratic party like Howard Dean, John Kerry, Bill Richardson etc. do as well.

But they should want to see how Obama runs now in elections all over this country. THAT telling look into the future is what’s best for the Democratic party right now. Now while the superdelegates can still do what they were intended to do, that is, chose the Democratic candidate who has the best chance of winning in November.

The same as Obama's, I'm still waiting for the speech he gives on how he is going to drive them out of business.

If Hillary's purported concern for her blue collar/pink collar/lower middle class demographic were genuine, she would have resigned from the board of Wal Mart over its labour policies, just like she would have left a church where shedid not agree with the minister.

It's no longer a matter of just the math. Senator Clinton should end her campaign now because she is doing irreparable harm to the Democratic party and permanent damage to her own career. The kind of defensive, desperate, scorched-earth, win-at-all-cost attitude she is demonstrating is a lose-lose scenario. At this rate, she won't even be re-elected for Senator in NY State.
