Obama is like republican hypocrisy personified, obama knows it sees it and uses it to his advantage. People who live in glass houses dont throw stones and the republicans have been throwing stones and the democrats until now just stand their watching while their windows break rather than picking up the stones and throwing it back at them. Too bad he doesnt use that tactic against Hilary but I can see you wouldnt want to use that against a fellow democrat. Eventhough I'm an Obama fan and a black man and a fomer Chicagoan, I'm somewhat disappointed in Mr Obama not coming to the defense of Rev Wright . I understand that there is a balancing act that has to take place but what Rev Wright said weren't lies. All that I've read of his sermons has merit. We can quibble about how it was said-that's something else. I'm just concerned that in Obama's quest for the presidency, he doesn't throw a good man "under the bus" just so he can become president.

I don't see why he would have had to leave the church because of Rev Wright's preaching. Why couldn't Obama have said that he didn't agree with some of Rev Wright's sermons and leave it at that.

As Michael Dyson said on Larry King's show last night-Hillary Clinton didn't throw Bill under the bus when Monica Lewinsky made their lives miserable.

Being an independent, I was ready to vote democrat this year..
The Tonya Harding attack machine oh, I mean the Clinton attack machine has been brutal this last few weeks. They think it's fine to throw the democrats under the bus. Hillary has been on every show 4 or 5 times, plus has her Saturday Night Live cast in her pocket. Cnn daily bows down and kisses Hillary's feet.

I will watch Obama on tv but why vote democrat if the Clintons and the establishment democrats

2. Have you agreed with everthing your folks have said? Everything your boss ever said (why didn't you quit)? Everything your spouse or in-laws said (why didn't you divorce), etc.
3. Might you, your family, those who associate with you be embarrassed, criticized or condemned by anything that the above may have said in your presence or within your earshot? and, lastly
4. Are you or your pastor a god? A demon or sin personified? Or are you, like the rest of us just a man or a woman with both dimples and warts?

A Wash Post article reported Clinton's embellishments on Bosnia and in the same article reported Obama's embellishments where he took credit for 2 bills in the senate that he had nothing to do with.
