Peggy Noonan: At This Point You Either Understand The Problem With Hillary Or You Don't

I think we've reached a signal point in the campaign. This is the point where, with Hillary Clinton, either you get it or you don't. There's no dodging now. You either understand the problem with her candidacy, or you don't. You either understand who she is, or not. And if you don't, after 16 years of watching Clintonian dramas, you probably never will.

That's what the Bosnia story was about. Her fictions about dodging bullets on the tarmac -- and we have to hope they were lies, because if they weren't, if she thought what she was saying was true, we are in worse trouble than we thought -- either confirmed what you already knew (she lies as a matter of strategy, or, as William Safire said in 1996, by nature) or revealed in an unforgettable way (videotape! Smiling girl in pigtails offering flowers!) what you feared (that she lies more than is humanly usual, even politically usual).

Peggy Noonan's photo with the Fox News logo in the background sums it up.
She's just as full of shit as Ann Coulter, except she couches her ignorant right-wing spew in more civilized tones.
Furthermore, if McCain thought back on his travels 12 years ago and mispoke about ground conditions in some war-torn shithole, Fox News would ignore the incorrect details and laud him for braving the dangers of Bosnia.
Like the GOP, I hope people like Noonan and "news" outlets like Fox News quickly fade into history- regarded as silly anachronisms.

Peggy Noonan's ad nauseum psychoanalytic commentary is really, really old. She has always been one of the right wing conspiracy that worked indefatiguably to bring down the Clinton White House. Hey, Peggy, don't you ever get tired of all the castigation? Hillary Clinton is a person in her own right. Stop swiftboating her. I'm no fan of Peggy Noonan's but I did leave the Democratic Party years ago because of the Clinton's. I will not return until they are gone and choose to contribute to organizations that truly support Progressive/Liberal causes.

It's been obvious for years that both Clinton's are chronic liars who will do or say anything to retain power. The Democratic Party has become a shell of what it use to be because of the Clinton's, Carville's, McAuliffe's, etc. - this is the superdelegates opportunity to stand up and fight for the ideals and principles that were once self-evident.

I recognized Hillary's toxicity years ago and want nothing to do with it.

The voter will do it without really knowing why, except that we cannot stand to see our supposed leaders falling apart. For some voters they see the candidate like a parent, and they are the kid left with the responsibility to save them. Its sick, twisted and leaves all of us with a poor choice for president.

What the voter must be trained to watch for is one simple thing. Is the candidate before me, regardless of their personality and policies, mentally fit. Are they basically the same person in all situations, winning losing, high, low, stress, not. Are they authentic, steady, do they operate from judgment.

All presidents have to change their policies once in office. One thing that will not ever change is their mental fitness. The stresses of the presidency will only emphasis the cracks, it will only bring bring more dysfunction. Haven't we seen that before, always? Everyone of them from Nixon on.

Hillary may have the best plans and policies on the block, she may 35 years experience at doing something, It does not matter. She is not mentally fit, she has mental break downs at the thought of losing a race, she reacts to that thought with lies and brutal attacks on innocent people. When confronted she blames or manipulates. She makes up excuses, says its only politics, for the un-excusable. She is George Bush all over again.

Why do we do that? Swoop in and bail out George Bush and Hillary Clinton. We know they are just not right in the head, we know they are on an edge of mental clarity, we know the do not manage stress with judgment-they react with aggression. We know they lie to us and manipulate us for votes. We know it but are somehow helpless to walk away. We have this unconscious duty to put them back together. To make them alright.

She will have another, planned or unplanned, mental breakdown of some sort before PA. She will give the voter a reason to swoop in and save her from falling apart. Obama will be the mentally fit, steady, unwavering candidate-but that won't matter. We have this need to rescue the weaker person.-even in our choice for president. We rescue them so we don't have to feel uncomfortable anymore. And we cannot discuss the obvious mental illness. Just like in our families.

I get it. I have gotten it for a long time. 'I'm not the stand by your man type'-way back then and before that. If I start to look at Hillary's extreme mental dysfunction, separate from the destruction she causes by it, I am left feeling, well I don't know. Its hard to separate the destruction. Without the real costs of her mental illness, I could muster empathy. But thats a long way off. Right now she is the sick, raging lunatic on the roof-can't get to the empathy place until we get her to drop her weapon and get off the roof.

Much like when George Bush ran for president, Hillary demonstrates this unhinged mental state that voters do not know what to do with. Clearly she was mentally weak in New Hampshire, they felt sorry for her, felt a need to protect her somehow and voted for her. Ohio-she became mentally split, in a way I have only seen since my days of work on a mental ward. This is not a joke. She had a mental personality split, which is dangerous for the person and the people around them. It was a mental breakdown due to the stressful thought of losing. Voters swooped in and voted for the weaker candidate.

The biggest lier of all is Cheney...bombing Iraqi children means nothing to someone like Cheney, to him all people are to be used, I'm sure he had something to do with 9/11, .. is a terrorist, far more dangerous to America than Bin Laden....this is why Obama is such a breath of fresh air, he doesn't lie, he doesn't have to because he is competent, he has integrity....he will probably be the best President this country has ever had....he will probably bring the dream of our founding fathers at last to fruitition...Liberty, Egality, Fraternity....in otherwords Social Capitalism like they have in Germany and France will finally come back to America and work even better here than in Europe cause it was born here...America was the birthplace of social capitalism...socialism with freedom...we exported it to Europe after WWII...it left us here at home with Reagan and the Republican revolution, died with Cheney/Bush and the neonazicons....and will come back with Obame if elected...however if Hilllary is elected we will festor in recession and if McCain is elected we will start WWIII and perhaps all melt under nuclear heat.
