it's funny, Obama lies about hearing his pastor say inflamatory anti-american comments then admits it when he's caught yet the Obama fanatics only hear that Hillary told a lie. See Hillary's a liar but Obama.....­.......chi­rp, chirp, chirp.....

He did not say that he never heard him say anything inflammatory. He said that he never heard him say THESE PARTICULAR remarks that everybody is flipped out about. He said the first time he heard them was when it was reported on in this campaign. He'd heard him say stuff before that would be considered "controversial", but not this stuff. Now THAT's what Obama said.

PAY ATTENTION.

No matter what Obama said, Hillary lied blatantly, not once, not twice, but at least THREE times about the SAME SNIPER FIRE. That tells me that she set out intentionally to lie. Then she had the nerve to tell another lie to cover up the first lie, which was also a lie. I think she's way past the three strike rule. She's out, or at least she should be.

Mcnairbo, I know you think if you keep repeating and repeating that you think "Obama lied about hearing his pastor..." that it's gonna stick somehow. The problem is, people don't really care if he lied or not on something that insignificant. They don't care if he just didn't remember or think it was all that big a deal... or however anyone wants to split hairs on the issue about the sound waves of Rev. Writes voice penetrating the ear canals of Barack Obama. Who cares?! The story with Rev. Wright is what Rev Wright said, Not wether Obama lied about hearing every word of it or not. The supposed lie you keep referencing is not even on the public Radar. Your repetition of it just makes it look like you are grasping at straws... which you are.

Maybe you should try some other line. It might be more effective.

It's like attacking Hillary Clinton for not leaving Bill when he left that stain on Monica's blue dress. That's a tired old argument. Hillary stood by her man because she saw more in him than just his philandering. Barack didn't pay that much attention to Rev. Wright's angry words. He stuck with his church because he found more in the Church than the minor stain left by Rev. Wright.

AND PLEASE stop calling Wright anti-american. its SUCH a cop-out word when someone who criticizes America is just simply deemed anti-american. patriotism isn't 'love your country no matter what', its 'fight for what you think the country should be'. his comments may have used inflammatory language, but the content (if you listen closely and try to get past the "God Damn America" part without trying to protect your fragile American ego) is not Anti-American;, its anti American-foreign policy. Aren't many of us here critical of how the US have conducted its foreign policy abroad?

I agree about the Obama lies. He not only lied about his view on NAFTA (Canadian PM memo) and saying he helped pass the Nuclear Waste bill (sited in the NYT) when it didn't even pass, plus the Immigration Bill he'd stated he helped pass but Dodd stated he had nothing to do it with it, only tells me , he isn't a candiate of change. He is a true politician! They all lie about one thing or another, but do they lie so much like Bush did. No. I think it's BS that all these liberal sites are pro Obama and will not report links of the truth. I hold them responsible for our country's mistakes as well.
Shockingly, Bill Maher didn't know that Hillary is the candidate that will introduce a bill to ban contractors such as blackwater. See, I know John Cusak knows his politics. He didn't want to say who he supported or will vote for but only to say , he will vote for the candidate who will ban contractors from Iraq. Bill Maher stated no one supported that. John looked at him kindly , yet with a raised eyebrow. So, in other words John Cusak just endorsed Hillary silently. AWESOME!

Bill was funny but Hillary's lie (and that's what it is) is serious. First, I support Obama - but if Hillary were to get the nomination I would be compelled to vote for her. We can't have another Republican administration. This Bosnia lie with the video, starring Hillary herself, that demonstrates her dishonesty in the context of our troops in war time is lethal in her running against John McCain. His valor is not fake - he was really under fire and he was really tortured. In the military what Hillary did is called fake valor. This absolutely eats away at the root of her credibility. In the last couple of months she's repeated this lie at last three times on record. There's video of her telling this lie. In Obama's case you have things his pastor said, and you have video of the pastor saying it. In Hillary's case she's saying it herself and its very recent. One must question her sanity in confabulating about such a thing under these circumstances. As a democrat and a veteran I don't consider this a laughing matter.

I am continually amazed at people who continue to defend lying as a redeeming quality. An embellishment would have been they really didn't have to duck, not that the whole thing never happened. Hillary's pastor has now spoken out on behalf of Wright, and Mike Huckabee made a compassionate, rather Democratic statement about racism. Let's hope that the Democratic party starts acting like Democrats soon. And remember when we're "counting the votes" that new math went out years ago, and when the numbers don't add up, it's not fair to cook the books.... lose the billing records, whatever...

The guys has become the most pessimistic person on the planet. Not one iota of inspiration, optimism or constructive criticism comes from this guy's shows. I used to like his show when he had a bot of a devil's advocate vibe going, but now it's just persistent bleakness.

He denied it in his Friday attempts on quiet the storm on CNN, KO , Fayx and in an article he posted on HuffPost, and if he read the comments, I am quite sure that he knew many people didn't believe him.

He admitted he heard him say some of those ugly things in his so called "historical" speech.

Now back on the campaign trail, he is back to denying it again.

Does the MSM ever confront him about this LIE.........no Obama gets another pass, but for many of us his halo is tarnished.

The reason no one has talked about it is it is not true. If you're going to make accusatory statements, at least have the integrity to give a reference link.

Obama made it very clear in his Philly speech that he hadn't heard the statements until the video was aired.

Now that the story about Rev Wright's 2007 letter to the NYT challenging their honesty & integrity has become public, it makes the Time's aggressiveness towards this non-story, (a black preacher reading a white ambassador's angry quote about America), make much more sense.
