Looks like the country we should be most worried about when it comes to arming rogue nations is ourselves. U.S. officials have admitted they mistakenly shipped fuses for an intercontinental ballistic missile to Taiwan in 2006. Besides painting a frightening picture of our military's nuclear security provisions, this particular international "whoopsie" also does a number on our already dicey relationship with China. You know, the communist nuclear power that claims ownership of Taiwan and has threatened to use force as a means of reuniting it with the mainland?
