Gayle King is single and ready to mingle. Promoting the ABC show "Oprah's Big Give" on Letterman, King laughed off reports she and best friend Oprah Winfrey were more than friends. After joking about how she got all dolled up to be on the show ("are you looking at my breasts?"), King, divorced with kids, told Dave she has a hard enough time getting a date on a Saturday night without men thinking she's already spoken for. "Now I have to explain: Look, I'm available!"

OPRAH'S BFF VISITED O'S NEWEST FAN DAVID LETTERMAN last weekend to hawk Oprah's Houlier-Than-Thou Reality TV show, and while there she reminded everyone once again that she and Oprah are definitely, absolutely, positively, however did you get that idea?, no way, not gay lovers. To which Crabby says we believe you, honestly, truly, we do, we wouldn't care anyway, not that there's anything wrong with that.

But the point is, Gayle, in case you haven't figured this out, there is not a man in the world who is going to get involved with you since Oprah has outmanned most men in the ego and earning departments (and that's a compliment!). And Gayle, well, we just can't imagine there's anyone who you are more interested in spending time with. You already admitted that if Oprah were a man that you would marry her. And why not? With Oprah it is all about MONEY. She would never come out because she might lose some of it. I think she is a phony just like the people she "picks" like Obama and Dr. Phil. If Oprah were all about money, why's she supporting a guy like Obama who is promising to increase her taxes? Why is she the most philanthropic black and performer in America according to Business Week? It's possible that Oprah's gay, but there's a lot of evidence against it. No one ever thought she could be gay until she played the therapist on Ellen's coming out show. Oprah was a promiscuous teen who had a baby at 14. Oprah once tried to kill herself over a married man, and Oprah was sued by an ex-boyfriend who lived with her and claimed they did cocain. Oprah's not married because she's a billionaire, and successful women, especially African American, marry at lower rates. An $8 million condo for a 32 year friendship is cheap when you're worth $2.5 BILLION. And Oprah built a career on honesty. She created confession culture.

With regards to taxes, her boy toy will make it sure, she'll get a pass. And as to being the most philanthropic black woman in America. She gets a triple deduction on all her so-called philanthropic deeds. Buying her friendship is not only tacky, but actually feed more fire to their bisexual needs. So much for culture of honesty !

Do I hear you quacking? What people do not realize is that when you begin to make the money Oprah has made...it's hard to tell who is there for you or if they are there for your money. Gayle and Maria Shriver are Oprahs oldest really good girlfriends. Before Stedman came along, Gayle was the one person Oprah trusted more than anyone. And a relationship with a guy can end anytime. Hence when you make mega bucks, you can afford to say come on this ride with and watch my back. Gayle's two kids let Oprah play surrogate mommy without having to be one. I know it would be a huge coup for the Lesbian community to get two rich smart women to come out of the closet.
But hey Oprah has more money than she will ever spend...if she were a lesbian, why would she give a good damn what anybody thought at this age. What could anybody do to her? So give it up folks..

People would do to her the same thing many personalities have done to Rosie O'Donnell, whose career has suffered since she came out. So did Ellen's for a while. Since Ellen has been lower key about her sexuality, she has been more successful. Coming out can and will hurt you as a celebrity more than help. These gay rumours only started when Oprah lost weight and played the therapist on Ellen's controversial coming out show in the 1990s. For the first 10 years of her national career no one ever dreamed Oprah could be gay. There were rumours about her boyfriend but never ever about her. According to a Yale study, Oprah and Donahue are really the ones who single-handedly made gays mainstream. For years Donahue was the only one who put gays on TV, then when Oprah came along, she pushed the envelope a lot further and attracted record high ratings and money and her success turned Donahue's format into a thriving industry giving rise to Ricki Lake, Jenny Jones & Springer. Young people grew up on these shows and are used to gay people as a result.
