GOP Strategist: Condoleezza Rice Campaigning For VP Slot

U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has exhibited interest in becoming John McCain's vice presidential running mate, a Republican strategist says.

Dan Senor revealed during Sunday's edition of ABC's "This Week with George Stephanopoulos" that Rice has been seeking support to be considered for the No. 2 spot on the Republican ticket this fall.

"Condi Rice has been actively, actually in recent weeks, campaigning for this," Senor said.

She is Pro Choice, Pro Israel, Pro No Child left behind and I would still vote for her. She has been in a combat area- Iraq, she can handle dictators, and she can kick butt without having a husband to provide cover for her. Elderly African Americans love this "Girl". The ones that are pulling for Obama will have a problem not voting for this woman. She didn't get to her postition by using a huband are organizing in the community associating with a black chuch. For Blacks she is a serious threat. I know elderly African Americans who would drop Obama in a minute for "that Girl"

Secretary of State - please name one successful accomplishment - well, wait, she did drag her feet on the cease fire in Lebanon so the Israelis could kill more men, women, and children in Lebanon but not really a positive accomplishment unless you are a Likud troll.

I have a built in aversion mechanism that kicks in when I am around liars. There are a lot of republicans that that I have a hard time listening to but fair play forces me to give them and their points of view some consideration. Bush, Cheney and Rice send the meter right off the scale and I have to change channels. These three are beyond repulsive. If the democrats won't try to impeach them, the best I can hope for is to have them gone from the game. Bush and Cheney are history and I hope that Rice can find some horrible people to work for in the private sector and get out of public life. I can't imagine anyone sane wanting her around.

Dan Senor is telling us that Condi has supposedly gone from "I don't know how many ways I have to tell you that I have no interest in elected office" to "actively campaigning in like 2 weeks!?!?! Sounds to me this is simply Dan Senor being a loose canon and the MSM buying. I'm betting we'll see an absolute denial from Condi in less than 48 hours. I'm guessing it's more like Dan Senor was actively campaigning for Condi.

Her monthly lunch meetings with Olmert are part of delay game for Bush administration to just walk away from Israel-Palestinian conflict. Elderly Blacks love "that Girl" . Listen to them. She is accomplished and a Threat. They will vote for her. Miles College, Spellman, Tuskegee, Hampton, Morehouse etc, oh yes they will. I have heard them talk.
