If Today's Al Roker ever steps down from his NBC morning role as America's weatherman, he'll have plenty to keep him occupied.

Monday, Roker was named host of NBC's prime-time Celebrity Family Feud, scheduled to make its debut July 1. His Al Roker Entertainment's docu-reality series DEA (tonight, 11 ET/PT) premiered on Spike TV last week. The second season of Roker's Food Network series Heavyweights launched March 31. And his production company has 20 programs in development.

Roker succeeded Willard Scott as Today's weather anchor in 1996. Despite his burgeoning mini-mogul status, two young children and a packed schedule that includes personal appearances and writing books, he isn't leaving Today.

"Willard said 'Never give up your day job,' " says Roker, 53. "The Today show is one of the greatest jobs in television news. I love the weather thing and hosting."
