Appearing on Fox News' The O'Reilly Factor on Tuesday, former White House political guru Karl Rove joked with Factor host Bill O'Reilly about Sen. Hillary Clinton's reluctance to appear on the conservative pundit's show. O'Reilly prods Rove to talk to his "good friends" the Clintons, at which point Rove breaks out his Bill Clinton impression.
