Richard Belzer will fill Randi Rhodes' 3pm-6pm time slot on Air America all next week, the Huffington Post has learned. Belzer is perhaps best known for his role on "Law & Order," where he plays Det. John Munch, but he is also a stand-up comedian as well as a Huffington Post blogger.

Totally agree zigzag. I cannot take more than 30 seconds of Lynn Samuels voice and she isn't entertaining or the least bit intelligent on the issues or politics at all. All I've heard out of her yap is verbatim: "I fucking hate Obama" over and over. Yet somehow that hag gets away with it and Randi doesn't.

But I disagree with Mark Thompson, he really grew on me. He's smart, fair, handles idiot callers with class and has had some fascinating guests. I just wish Sirius didn't take away 2 hours of Stephanie Miller to give the guy a show. I loooove Stephanie.

Sam Seder has been doing a great job filing in for Randi Rhodes, and his Sunday show is the only thing on AAR I make an effort to listen to.

He's probably the best talent AAR's got, and they snubbed him.
