The perils of TV news are many — sound problems, broken satellite links, getting smacked around by an angry wrestler or clipped in the head by a moving plane. Or horse. Or motorcycle. It turns out that being a TV reporter can be seriously hazardous to your health — as the video below clearly shows. It veers between funny and painful to watch — either way, it's another point in favor of being a blogger. Cringe in sympathy/shake with laughter below:

"oooh oooh oww oww ooooh"

That was halarious. Also, the one with the dog and the one where the reporter pushed that chick and she came back and hit him over the head and said "Put that on the News"

I had a good chuckle too, but some of those 'incidents' look extremely painful.

On a serious note can I acknowledge the various people (Joe and Jane Public) who don't play ball with the TV Reporters. Whilst I don't condone violence I have to applaud their unwillingness to just accept a reporter coming to their neck of the woods and doing a live cross. Kudos to the girl who slaps the reporter and then says "Put THAT on the news!"

Reporters need to know you can't just turn up anywhere to grab some 'vision' to make the story you already wrote back in the office look good.

What a hoooot!! I am still laughing and crying uncontrollably. I particularly liked the anchor holding the snake. He was starting to shake off the other critter that started crawling on him, but he looked like he started having seizures, because his movements were so exaggerated!!!! I also loved the anchor being caromed up into a somersault after one kid on an intertube "took him out". Hysterical stuff.
Thanks for the laugh, I needed that......................
