Two Types Of Tax Fraud On The Rise

Thieves are increasingly obtaining fraudulent tax refunds by using the identities of lawful taxpayers, according to a government watchdog report released Wednesday.

The report, an annual document from the Treasury inspector general for tax administration, also noted a rise in the theft of taxpayer identities by people seeking to work without paying federal taxes on their wages. The Internal Revenue Service rarely prosecutes such cases, the report said.

Taxpayers who fall victim to either scheme face an uphill battle in sorting things out with the I.R.S., the report said.

Federal Income Tax is unconstitutional and illegal. Taxes either have to be indirect or direct and apportioned, and it is not...it is a direct unapportioned tax not on gains but on labor. The IRS is the real fraud.

If the IRS made corporations and the wealthy pay the a FAIR burden of the tax load commensurate with their income that they are supposed to, maybe the citizenry would be a little more sympathetic. But no. Corporations and the rich get to skate on audits while the IRS terrorizes opponents of the GOP.

Flat tax or national sales tax that NO PERSON OR CORPORATION CAN OPT OUT OF OR GET REDUCED BY ANY MEANS is fair and leaves you all unemployed!

Now THAT is FAIR. And that is what most Americans hate about the IRS. You are most certainly not fair and act like a bunch of thugs when you show up. Screw the IRS and their Corporate masters.
