Former president Bill Clinton's campaign rally this morning at the junior high gym in Corydon, Indiana was a wealth of Hillary Clinton surrogates, among them many who had their own thoughts about Sen. Barack Obama's recent comments about small town voters....

Over seven stops in North Carolina, Clinton said "Everywhere I go there are all these people with signs, saying I'm not bitter - I'm not bitter."

The reality is that Obama shot himself in the foot with this statement. There is no sugar coating this. My response, as an Obama supporter, who has contributed to his campaign, was HOW COULD HE BE SO STUPID?!!

He virtually had the thing won and had Hillary on the ropes, and then he does something like that. Hopefully this is only a flesh wound and not a fatal one. If the Democrats have to go with Hillary, they are doomed. She already had the strongest negatives of any major candidate before she started he war of total inihalation against Obama. This campaign has made her even more disliked. By now she is virtually unelectable and if she were still to get the nomination would most likely lose, leaving the country stuck with senile old war monger McCain.

He still has the thing won. Don't let the "rootin' tootin' splittin' hairs team" fool you. When Obama and Hillary each showed up at the same event and talked about this in turn a few days ago, the crowd cheered Obama and boo'd Hillary. All this latest flap is doing is giving the MSM jockeys something to flap their jaws over.

both he and hillary live in a fantasy world - she's getting shot at by invisible snipers and he's seeing signs and her making speeches at 11 at night when most people are watching the late news or in bed.

Did I miss the part where you demostrate proof that the signs were "imaginary"?

That big huge black vote for the Clintons left in South Carolina, months ago. Hello President McShame.
When everything is hitting the bottom. Do you people who go to church and gun shops read economic publications? Maybe he (Obama) should have been a little bolder. My father worked for Chrysler Foundry for 44 years, layoffs (union) . What would he want with a gun? People say he was the most religious person they knew and even though he sent his children to Church on Sundays, he rarely attended himself. He knew the difference between church and state.

First they hand out some stickers to a few people, then claim they saw some stickers! Is there no bottom to the depth these frauds will stoop?

"Zeifman fired Hillary from the committee staff and refused to give her a letter of recommendation " one of only three people who earned that dubious distinction in Zeifman"s 17-year career.

Why?

'Because she was a liar,' Zeifman said in an interview last week. 'She was an unethical, dishonest lawyer. She conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality.'"

You've chosen to ignore all the information on the absence of credibility this man has.

A pathetic end to a triangulating fraud. Let's attack the other guy for describing the reality of the situation. let's forget that 16 years ago, I said the same thing in a different way. Whichever tactic provides temporary advantage, let's use. Let's lie when it appears useful and use any kind of contradictory tactic based strictly on political advantage. Let's use an anti-intellectual approach because those with any discernment will quickly be able to spot the complete bogusness of our claim to power. Those who fall for such a campaign (or McCain's permanent Orwellian warfare plan) will deserve everything they get when things go precipitously downhill. Unfortunately, those of us discerning enough to see through them will also be similarly damaged.

Anyone who lost a job due to NAFTA add five points. Those of you who lost health insurance add five points. Those of you whose check runs out before the next one comes add five points. Those of you who are having to go without to feed your kids add five points. Those of you who are driving a car that might not make it until you can afford to get it fixed add five points, Those of you who have a job that you should have gotten a cost of living raise, add five points. Those of you who are amking what used to be middle income wages add five points. Those of you who have money saved for that rainy day add five points. Those of you who fall into the working poor where SCHIP would not help if your kid was sick add five points. Who among us is bankrupt but cannot afford to file add five points. Anyone who has lost their house add five points. Less than twenty points you can afford to be angry and vote for your choice. Those above 35 points maybe should look at how very angry you can get and be able to do nothing about it. Over 50 if you are not angry and bitter you might need to re think your life. No one but Barack wants to help us change these things.

Clinton is bitter that 8 years of Obama as president is going to make his legacy look small and insignificant.

That's not making the MSM for a really, really good reason. It has as much credibility as the Larry Sinclair story on Obama.

Here's something that really pissed me off. Bill is running around making sure that every one knows what Oboma said. Check out what he said. Hilliary needs to comment on this.

As the rumination continues over Barack Obama's comments about economically-depressed small town voters, statements made by Bill Clinton on the same topic -- uttered while he was running for president in 1991 -- have now surfaced.

"The reason (George H. W. Bush's tactic) works so well now is that you have all these economically insecure white people who are scared to death," Clinton was quoted saying by the Los Angeles Times in September 1991.

A couple months later, Joe Klein, writing for the Sunday Times, reported that Clinton made the following remarks:

"You know, he [Bush] wants to divide us over race. I'm from the South. I understand this. This quota deal they're gonna pull in the next election is the same old scam they've been pulling on us for decade after decade after decade. There is more, please read at websitedd below

"Clinton said during a stop in Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania "this fellow said to me... "President Clinton, we are not bitter, we just want to turn the country around."
........................................................................................................

#1: Could this be another embellished story like, a fairy tale.
#2: If the country is in need of turning around then, Mr. President, there may exist bitter people.

No more Bush, Clinton, Bush, Clinton

One of my favorite fairy tales was of Hillary throwing a shot back and a beer all in the same day.

How much more desperate can she get? She is beyond throwing the kitchen sink into this ring.

She is using kitchen knives to stab her opponent in the back. Shame on her indeed!
I thought she wanted the Democratic Party to prevail in 2008.

I saw a newsclip of Barack drinking a beer at the bowling alley (he was quite natural and relaxed about it not knowing the camera was on him). Hillary drank her beer (and her shot) as she was looking for the best angle to be camera shot from for best affect.

Oh Brother!

Annie go get your gun!
Wild Bill is ready to go to town for a trist with a prostitute.

We don't need him disgracing the White House a second time.

I missed the "Hillary tossing back a shot" clip but saw the beer video. She didn't get the mug near her mouth until a stooge in a dark suit leaned in and whispered to her.
Can anyone else imagine the instructions?
"Camera behind me is on you, lift the mug to your mouth and act like you're drinking it. No, Hillary, don't chug it. Dainty sips. No, it's not the same as downing shots. Try to act natural. Well, try harder."
