It has been about a month since the Spitzer-sexapalooza hit. Where's the ex-Governor now? The New York Times has the latest:

Given that Mr. Spitzer was forced to resign after being implicated in a prostitution scandal, it is perhaps no surprise that he and his wife, Silda Wall Spitzer, are in couples therapy -- before his resignation, Mr. Spitzer himself promised to address his personal problems...

But he is not running the real estate business; instead, he is using it as a base of operations to meet with his legal team, among other things. His wife has also been dealing with the serious illness of her younger sister's husband, who is battling cancer, according to friends of the former governor.

So then you probably don't have a problem with the FBI secretly taping MLK to get dirt on him. Is that correct? They had pictures of him with a woman who wasn't his wife that they were probably planning to use against him. Of course he was conveniently assasinated before he was a "problem" to them. And Spitzer was politicially assasinated before he was a "problem" to them.

And please don't tell me the difference is that Spitzer was the governor and couldn't break the law because the FBI still doesn't have the right to spy on people and go through all their bank accounts And the new governor had an affair with a woman who reported to him - that is even worse.

He only resigned because the Republicans threatened to actually use that law about transporting someone across state borders that hasn't been used in about 100 years and told him they would make sure he went to jail unless he quit. He quit because hypocrites in this country would rather let the government and the crooks steal from them while they spend time trying to make a man feel guily and shameful for being human and women can pretend that men aren't doing it.

I don't have any sympathy for Americans anymore and I don't mind bankers stealing from them. That is what Americans want and that is what they're going to get.

it's clear that they took Spitz out of the game because he was squealing about the bankers stealing all the money, i.e. Bear Stern et al. It's difficult to feel sympathy for the po'bucker though, something about men who can't keep it in their pants. Too easy to blackmail a man with a taste for honey traps. He should have known better.
