Political Radar:

Former President Bill Clinton, speaking to reporters after his wife's event in Pittsburgh, PA Monday, said that under the republican primary system -- his wife would be ahead by hundreds of delegates.

"I did not actually get the delegates necessary to have a first power of the nomination under the crazy system the democrats have," Clinton said. "If we were under the republican system which is more like the electoral college, she would have a 300 delegate lead ...It's an eternity 'til the general election, an eternity."

Hillary is the stronger candidate when it comes to verbal jabbing -

Had she been grilled like Barack was last week she would have made mince meat of Stephanopoulos and Gibson. She did it with Wolf Blitzer when he tried to ask a question twice ("Nice try, Wolf!")

You cannot be "above the fight" as you have to get down and dirty with one's inquisitors.

We see where Stephanopoulos is trying to get back in some good graces by hitting McCain with some tough questions which he (McCain) could not answer ("Is your Iraqi plan really making our soldiers hostages of Iraqi leaders?")

So, in spite of the actual arithmetic as it stands, in the Fall, Hillary would actually be stronger. Barack's weakness in that regard will do him in - just like Kerry.

Ah yes, another "let's vote for Hillary because she is dirtier" supporter.

Just because-- in the past -- Americans have shown themselves to be incredibily stupid, lazy and gullible in choosing the candidate who spews the biggest loads of slime and bullcrap on their opponents , it doesn't necessarily mean that they won't have some kind of epiphany and come to realize that they are stringing their own noose by encouraging (with their votes) the filthiest sleaze to become their leader.

HC wants you to think that the lowest of the low will win this election, because if enough people believe that, she just might win.

If enough people get sick and tired of Bushrovian and now Clintrovian bullshit, then a more honorable person will triumph. Let's hope for that...anything else is self-destructively cynical.

Hilary is by far the EASIEST candidate to swiftboat you dont even have to lie to swiftboat her. She is a pathological liar she is just good at lying. All you have to do is find numerous clips of each lies and put them together and people see they have another bush on their hands. The straight talk express will win. When Obama said she is in her element it also means she is one of those politicians where lying comes so naturally for them they dont even know they are doing it. Thankfully they are people in the media like Keith Olbermann and Dan Abrahms that show the American people what a pathological liar this woman is. Yesterday Keith ask her about saying that democrats shouldnt complement McCain by pointing out she just did and she was speechless for a few seconds. It struck me she doesnt even remember. How frightening is that. Make no mistake there is nothing worse in the White House right now than a natural born liar.

Here's a frightening thought....McCain/Clinton ticket! Maybe that's why she has been singing McCain's praises for so long. Another Lieberman!

The whole premise is asinine. You can't go back in history and say if this, that. Following the rules of the Republican primary would have caused the candidates to change their strategies and the whole playing field would change. If they beat you once, they will beat you again. God, I never thought I would hate the Clintons so much. Not now, not eight years from now Hillary!

Why is this the first time we're hearing Bill call the democratic primary system "crazy". Bill, Obama's winning the popular vote. That's crazy?

Dear bill,

hillary has been playing by Republican rules; votes like a Republican; campaigns like Rove's ugly stepchild; talks like a Republican.

Why don't you and the dark queen of lies leave the Democratic party and kiss off.

Why don't they just change party registrations? They seem to be so happy with all things Republican these days. Just make it official.
