Clinton On Iran Attack: "Totally Obliterate Them"

Clinton further displayed tough talk in an interview airing on Good Morning America Tuesday, ABC News' Chris Cuomo asked Clinton what she would do if Iran attacked Israel with nuclear weapons.

"I want the Iranians to know that if I'm the president we will attack Iran," Clinton said. "In the next ten years, during which they might foolishly consider launching an attack on Israel, we would be able to totally obliterate them."

Ofcourse no one wants them to get a nuclear weapon... but would it really be a threat to us. or Israel for that matter. Iran is not stupid. They know if they were to attack Israel we would destroy them as Hillary said. But this notion that Iran is a huge threat to the US is a joke. No country on earth can threaten the US. This is why I was opposed to the war in Iraq. The idea that Iraq.. basically a 3rd world country was a threat was rediculous. Just as rediculous as Bush and Chenney trying to say that Iran is some great threat. Laughable.­.. if they (Bush and Chenney) weren't both nuts.

Pundits ask why would Iran need nuclear energy when it has all that oil? Well they import gasoline for god sakes! That should help you figure it out.

The real issue is if Bush and Chenney decide to attack Iran they can use Hillary's vote to justify the use of force. The vote to declare the Iranian Revolutionary Guard a terrorist organization gives Bush a blank check to attack Iran..... That should scare all of us.
