Ann Curry is admittedly having a tough morning, returning to the "Today" show for the first time since her father died last Sunday. But she appears to have returned to 2006, slipping up and tossing back to Katie Couric (who left the "Today" show in May 2006).
Discussing Danica Patrick, Curry said,, "She said, actually, later on, Matt and Katie and, er, Matt and Al, er, Meredith and Al. Sorry, that was a mistake, I'm not quite myself this morning." Meredith, for her part, was not offended and told Ann, "That's ok."
