Alligator

69-year-old Sandie Frosti appeared on the Today Show this morning to tell the world of her run-in with an unexpected reptile guest.

Upon hearing a loud noise coming from her kitchen, Sandi went to investigate and discovered an 8-foot, 8-inch alligator making himself at home.

When Frosti saw about three feet of scaly head and shoulders poking out from behind her freezer, she said her first words were, "Oh, my God ... This has to be gotten out of here."

She retreated back to her bedroom, making sure the gator wasn't in pursuit, and called 911.

Check out Today's video coverage, including the aliigator's not-so-gracious exit from Sandi's house.

Poor alligator - he must have been scared too. We're building so many houses with way more space than we actually need and this means less land for animals so they have to leave their natural environment. Sometimes humans forget that we have to share this planet with animals.
