Spitzer Redux: Second Prostitute Tells Feds Of Ex-Gov's Bedroom Habits

New details of Eliot Spitzer's bedroom habits have emerged. The New York governor resigned March 12 after it emerged he paid for time with an Emperors Club VIP girl named Ashley Dupre. The NY Post has a cover story today about a second prostitute familiar with Spitzer telling all to federal investigators about the ex-governor, including his kinky bedroom habits:

It's unclear whether the second woman was associated with Emperors Club VIP - the brothel that dispatched Dupre to entertain Spitzer in Washington, DC...

The second hooker-informant also told investigators Spitzer was fond of using sex toys to enhance his own pleasure, the sources said.

"The full portrait of Mr. Spitzer's sexual interests has yet to be told," one source said.

Spitzer's spokeswoman, Anna Cordasco, had no immediate comment.

The feds found the second hooker in the course of reviewing records, following the money and checking out the mountain of tips in the case.

She expanded on the portrait of Spitzer's sexual fetishes in graphic detail, the sources said, also divulging that he had a penchant for props.

Sources said the second hooker also noted that Spitzer liked to keep his socks on during sex - a claim previously made by Republican political operative Roger Stone.

The scandal broke March 10 after Eliot Spitzer was identified as Client 9, who had paid to have Dupre dispatched to Washington DC. Irregular bank transfers triggered the investigation.

First, this shouldn't be a crime at all. Secondly, investigating it and prosecuting him are a waste of time and our tax money. If time is a factor, hell, leave the socks on. I agree that this shouldn't be a crime at all. However, Spitzer did believe it should be a crime, and put prostitutes in jail. That's what makes his conduct reprehensible, not his "kinks," which sound fairly lame and conventional to me (oops! well OK, I'm not running for governor) and indeed, who cares? The sexual buffoonery of politicians often provides comic relief to me in an otherwise dismal day, and I guess that's why I keep reading it. I wonder how the hookers Mr. Spitzer prosecuted feel about it?

What business is it, of the Federal Government what sexual habits or practices ANY of us is into? It is certainly enough that he frequented prostitutes; that is all the info necessary in order to convict of a crime. It is utterly UNnecessary for the FEDS to elicit explicit information about sexual habits unless it is involving a minor and therefore the TYPE of physical contact would be germane to the case.

The REAL story here, is the fascist nature of the State; digging into absolutely unnecessary personal information. Take heed, Americans.
