Clinton Base

ABC News:

Hillary Clinton campaigned Wednesday in Indianapolis, on the same day that Indiana superdelegate and former Clinton supporter Joe Andrew announced he was switching his allegiance to Barack Obama. Clinton says she's not worried about Joe Andrew's endorsement of Obama....

Clinton called her base of support "broader and deeper" than Obama's, and said, "At the end of the day, that's what it should be about for Democrats. You know, it is who can better win. And I've won the big states. I've won the states that we have to anchor. If we had the Republican rules, I would already be the nominee."

The sick-of-Hillary base is growing by the day. It will no doubt merge with the alienated AA base, and deflated, demoralized youth vote. If she thinks that we are all marginalized, and will simply fall in line....because 'we have no where else to go', she is sadly mistaken. The fissures in this party are beginning to crack wide open.

I totally agree. My rage towards her has pretty much extended to the entire democratic establishment, for allowing this to happen. If her husband wasn't who we was, and if they weren't both the vindictive insiders we know them to be, they would have been stopped long ago. Yet another example of the Dem's lack of spine.

Hillary is obviously breathing in what Bill did not inhale.

If we had the Republican rules, winter would be spring, the Beatles would be the Rolling Stones, and the toilets would flush in the opposite direction. What is it with her and Gerry Ferraro's obsession with hypotheticals?

I can't believe she actually repeated this! I thought it was insane of her to say it in the first place, but apparently she thinks it's a good idea to bring up GOP rules in a Dem primary race.

Of course, this is the same person who believes that if you repeat something enough, it makes it true. And for her followers it does. Ask some of her followers if they believe Obama and his supporters tried to disenfranchise millions of voters by ending the primary race. They will probably say 'YES!'.

Since Hillary is so fond of the GOP, then remind those followers that even though John McCain is the presumptive GOP nominee, the GOP is STILL HOLDING PRIMARIES and will continue to hold primaries through all the rest of the season. The same is true for the Dems. The notion that these voters wouldn't get to go to the polls is ridiculous, but Hillary said it (again and again), her followers believed it and that's that.

" ... If we had the Republican rules, I would already be the nominee." I do believe that Clinton is a Republican in disguise! She should join the party of her youth and stop pretending that she is a Democrat.

TO ALL THE OBAMA SUPPORTERS:
Since the media is refusing to reveal/report the Paul vs Clinton fraud case in court right now, we need to create our own movement and flood every blog on CNN and every blogging website on the World Wide Web with information from the case regardless of what the topic is. For those that don't know - Google Paul vs Clinton and hold on to your shirt with what you read!!
For those of you who think this case has been thrown out or is irrelevant:
"In the landmark civil fraud case against Bill Clinton in Los Angeles, where the former President is charged with defrauding a Hollywood dot com millionaire to help Hillary Clinton obtain more than $1.2 million from him for her 2000 Senate campaign, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Aurelio Munoz ruled on Friday, April 25, 2008 that Hillary Clinton would not be required to testify in a sworn deposition as a material witness in the case until AFTER the November paulvclinton.comvclinton.com)
Here is the kicker - the judge is a Bill Clinton appointee!

She thinks she's got the power of the Jedi mind trick - she can just suggest something and we'll all believe it to be so.

Too bad, Hillary. You should have run as a Republican instead of punishing the Democratic party yet again. That would have been most appropriate since you're more like them than you are Obama. Running as a Neocon in the Democratic party has gotten you beat this time. Stop trying to fool people and things will go better for you.

Talk about double standards. Why doesn't stuff like this make it to the MSM to be played over and over and over and over and over. This and 'Rich People God Bless Us" from O'Reilly http://www.jedreport.com

Yeah...and if I had eight homes, I'd be Cindy McCain. We never hear (from the Clinton enablers in the MSM) that those 'red states' that voted for Huckabee won't vote for McSame in the fall...of course not. Hmmm.

That's an interesting point, because even though I REALLY don't think he should be President (the Constitution should be more like the Bible bit mostly) Huckabee was probably the most decent guy running on the Repulsive side.

If we use republican rules at the beginning this contest would be OVER and Hilary would STILL lose. She is not losing because of the rules she is losing because she was UNPREPARED and thought this was a slam dunk. Obama would be WINNING because he was PREPARED and he would know what the rules were and adjusted his campaign accordingly thats CALLED strategizing. Dont attribute your unpreparedness to him its YOURS keep it thats why you LOST 10 in a row BADLY.

And if the D party could only select candidates who's last names begin with vowels, the fight would now be between Edwards and Obama. Do you have any other irrelevant comments to make, Senator Clinton?

Another poster suggested Googling: Paul vs Clinton.

I did and learned for the first time about a Court Case involving Hillary.

There is a video link too. Unbelievable!

Hillary may believe she could have the nomination if DEMS used GOP rules.

DEMS DON'T! If she wanted to run on the GOP ticket, she should have joined their Party.

Second: If the MSM asked her about Peter Paul, she wouldn't get this nomination.

Period! No matter what Party or what rules. Hillary has some explaining to do and she should

be asked about Peter Paul before next Tuesday's Primary.

The Peter Paul Versus Clinton trial was supposed to be going on right now, but the Judge has postponed it until the primaries are over. If this had been Barack, the Clintons and the media would be having a field day. This is a real scandal, but of course, the media doesn't want to go there.

Agree. And the Judge handling the case was appointed by Bill Clinton. Hmm

I hope some of the MSM will bring this up over the weekend.
