A new poll suggests that George W. Bush is the most unpopular president in modern American history.
A CNN/Opinion Research Corporation survey released Thursday indicates that 71 percent of the American public disapprove of how Bush his handling his job as president.

Okay, so they do have polling for the last few, but still. We have a long history going back to Ethelred the Unready of horrible leaders. These are the ones that stand out.
First thing that came to mind:

This is exactly what happens when a President gets elected based on personality, the media's love of the story surrounding him (son of a former President) and without giving any consideration to experience, qualifications or his questionable past. So far this primary season, it's not clear we've learned our lesson.
It doesn't take a Weatherman to know which way the wind is blowing.
Nor does it take a pair of binoculars to spot a war criminal. Unprovoked wars of aggression are a crime against humanity period. We can let him ride on habeus corpus, wiretapping, and torture / Geneva conventions.
