Time Magazine's Mark Halperin reported late Saturday that Hollywood superstar Tom Hanks is endorsing Barack Obama for President:

Actor/activist who had given money to both the Illinois Senator and Clinton posts compelling video on his MySpace page explaining his choice.

Well, here goes another try ---Why should I care that Tom Hanks endorsed Obama? You know Hank's endorsement is BIG because the only rebuttal you have is a personal attack about big ears.

I admire Tom Hanks greatly as an actor, and I'm really pleased with this endorsement, but I hated Castaway. This was not a movie, it was a two hour advertisement for Federal Express, They should have paid the audience to sit through it, rather than the other way around.
