Former Iraq Commander: Bernie Kerik Was "A Waste Of Time"

The former commander of U.S. forces in Iraq took aim at Bernard Kerik in an exclusive interview with the Daily News Sunday, calling his efforts to train Iraqi police in 2003 "a waste of time and effort."

Retired Lt. Gen. Ricardo Sanchez, the top military leader in Iraq from June 2003 to June 2004, blasted the former police commissioner for failing to produce results while Kerik was the interim minister of interior in 2003.

I'm have nothing but contempt for Giuliani's barbarians, nevertheless as a woman I am offended at the suggestion that liberating women, forced into prostitution by thugs or poverty is somehow a useless pursuit without merit or purpose. I'm so fucking sick of the lack of chivalry. Is there one descent person left in this country who cares enough to treat women --- even prostitutes with respect instead of demeaning her potential as lost and unworthy of saving simply because she happens to be a prostitute? --- And no, I'm not a fucking prostitute (sex was never my metier) and at 50 years old, men would find me just as unattractive as I find sex to be boring!
