Keith Olbermann

Keith Olbermann offered another long diatribe against the Clinton campaign last night (though nothing compared to his Special Comment in March). Olbermann recited an exhaustive list of statements from Clinton and her supporters about which states should count, and why.

Watch the goal posts move, state by state:

Keith is irrelevant now and will be cancelled after the 08 election. Too bad he had such potential.:(

If its Clinton that is dismissing certain states, how come Obamas people in Michigan stopped the redo primary???

Why do you insist on perpetuating this lie?

The DNC gave Michigan and Florida ample opportunity to alter their decision to "jump the queue" and hold early primaries. They warned them, offered them monetary compensation, and warned them some more, and they still proceeded as planned. They are merely experiencing the results of the monster that *they* created.

Why do people insist on putting this on Obama?

Better yet, ask yourself why you are supporting a candidate who by signed pledge agreed not to count MI and FL, but immediately began seeking to overturn that decision as soon as it became convenient for her purposes?

What does that say about your candidate? And better yet - what does it say about you?

Um, I live in michigan and read the local newspapers. Before the state legislator went into recess way after super tuesday, the obama supports blocked a re-vote. All of your arguments are off point because I am talking about a re-do and you are talking about what happened in january. So much for "HOPE" and "CHANGE." It's still just the same old politics from obama.

Lies are all they have. It's the coin of the Clinton realm. "I'll bet you one lie and raise you two."

It wasn't Obama that stopped the re-vote process, it was the Michigan legislative committee that voted no to a re-vote.

See...there go the Clintons lying again and Clinton's supporters buying the lies...AGAIN!

Please stop acting as if Obama has so much power over the Michigan legislative branch that he can just say no and it happens because HE says so. The Michigan legislators said no because the Democratic rules must be followed.

Wow, either the Clintons are that good at brainwashing people or people are that easy to fool to buy the Clintons bull&^%..

Please, Clintonites, stop swallowing the crap from the Clintons! All of you look really weak trying to convince everybody that this stuff makes sense. It is crazy and nonsense!

His supporters in the MI legislator stopped the re-vote. Case closed.

Michigan doesn't deserve to be seated....not only was he NOT on the ballot, but it is a democrat run state, and they had every opportunity to abide by the rules...but they scoffed, thought they would take the republican controlled Florida route. In no way shape or form is MI's vote viable. Also, wasn't there a court decision that forbid the parties from getting the voter rolls basically rendering any re-do impossible...hardly can blame Obama for that one.

You mean they don't deserve to be seated because it wouldn't benefit Obama.

"how come Obamas people in Michigan stopped the redo primary???" -- perhaps because he planned his campaign strategy according to the RULE, things like where he should campaign where he should spend money run commercials etc. So why would he now change his strategy to spend money and time just because Hillary needs more delegates is the better question.

Not only that, but

a) she wouldn't consider a caucus, and
b) There was no way to allow Democrats who voted in the republican primaries to vote again in the Democratic. Which is not a stupid thing to do, when HILLARY CLINTON said the Michigan democratic primary was meaningless.

I am amazed that MSNBC found time to wedge this great show in between their non-stop analysis of Reverend Wright yesterday!

It's true her stategy has been about distortion, but we are tired of it. She cannot exceed Obama in the pledged delagate number which has been and remains the means by which the Democratic Party of determins its candidate since Jefferson. Likewise, America chooses its Presidents by the electorial vote--not by the popular vote. So knowing all of this, why is she still running? What is the "greater good" of her campaign? It seems to me there is no "greater good" and she should honor the American people, the Democratic party and her legacy and STOP!! But she won't, because Hillary and Bill don't give a damn about the American people, the Democratic party or their legacy. Hillary and Bill Clinton only care about themselves and their own power and ambitions. I won't be fooled again. If she is the nominee, I will without reservation vote for John McCain. There is no way I will let them cheat and then reward them with my vote. Now that, I just will not do.

Olbermann stands out in the MSNBC crowd as the only unbiased journalist they have. The others on there should be fired for trying to railroad the vote and ruin our country. All that aside, Keith Olbermann was so funny with his asessment of the Clinton logic....the sad part is that IS how they think. This form of rationalization is exactly how she'll run the country. Like a car without brakes! I want Obama in the driver's seat!

Haven't you noticed how all of the buffoons on MSNBC sound exactly like Hannity? Matthews, Gregory, Scarborough, Buchanan, and Abrams. Yes, I include Matthews, Gregory, and Abrams on that list. Olbermann stands alone.

I agree. His all night, every night assault on Clinton reminds me of nothing so much as Bill O'Reilly on a tear. He has become the very thing he purports to deplore.

I watch Keith every night, last night's goal post move was hysterical, and he got it off just right, she's changed the process more then we change underwear, James C not included, he's probably the only guy on MSNBC not fawing over Hillary and dissing Obama. If you swith to the Clinton News Network, (CNN) you see them all telling everyone how Obama can't win because of this or that, it's so obvious, awe for the the good old days of Walter and Chet when newspeople were just that. I'll still tune into Keith, he is the only one that had the cajones to call Bush out even while the others were still carrying the water, go Keith!
